Any advice on how to style the submit button?

I read thru fraud issues in regard to bots using the form to test cards.

Authorize.net has velocity settings to stop this kind of thing on its end.

You can set how many submissions from an IP in an hour, for example.
You can automatically ban IPs as well I believe. (It might be manual).

A User tried to make a payment with American Express, but the CVV field only allowed for 3 digits not 4 (required by American Express.)

Can you allow for 4 digits in the CVV field so that users can donate with American Express?

Your plug in was so easy! I just wish it gave the donor the choice to choose between a one-time gift or a recurring donation (like monthly). I would consider paying for this modification. How much would you charge?

My question. I saw your plugin and was not clear how one could use Authorize.net only to collection donations as I thought you would also need a merchant account as well. If you just have an authorize.net account, how does the money get to your bank account with a merchant provider?

My comment. As I understand it, if you get an authorize.net account you normally need to pay a monthly fee for that account. I recently wrote a post on my blog about a merchant provider that you can use with authorize.net who takes on the authorize.net fees themeselves, so there are no monthly or minimum fees at all. I would have preferred to PM this message, but I wanted to bring to you attention a recent security breach with this plugin. The web form was hijacked by spammers and resulted in several charges and a lot of spam email. I think this could be resolved with a honeypot field, or captcha integration.

After upgrading to wordpress 4.0 I installed Authorize.net – Simple Donations and when I activate plugin I get the error:
