The plugin functions exactly as it should. My only issue is if you login via the mobile wordpress android app you can log in without using authy thus essentially rendering this whole thing a waste of time.
I really hope that something gets figured out.

Works a treat for the 5 admins. We don’t allow public registrations but adds extra security for my admins. Great work
