I needed an SSL certificate for our NGO homepage. As I have zero technical knowledge and not much time I opted for the premium version. I was very hesitant at first as you have to give out your WP Login Details as well as the password to your Webhosting page. I decided to trust the many good reviews and did it anyway. Anindya was very transparent and supportive and most of all super fast and knowledgable. Everything works perfectly now and I couldn’t recommend this plugin and the team behind it more!

Hands down the best SSL Installer for WordPress.
It’s not fully automatic, you need to enter your directory and Cpanel, but there are easy-to-understand tutorial videos. Only plugin that solved the error message I received in the Firefox browser for the SSL on my website.

They should have to remove free from the title of this plugin, as it no longer does anything useful in the free version. Costs $27/year to actually install a certificate now. Thanks plenty for the years of actually free service, but now I’ve swapped to an actually Free SSL Certificate for WordPress.

I appreciate the app and the support behind it. I purchased the Pro version as I didn’t have time to deal with the Free SSL plugin. Boy am I glad I did. Between my busy schedule and the tech person’s time zone difference, it took a bit of work. They were courteous and persistent and did the “heavy lifting”. All I had to do was provide them access. I used a wordpress Plug-In “Temporary Login Without Password” and it worked great for the tech’s temporary access. They were quick on finding solutions applied work-arounds as needed. I got some error messages when I first tried installing the premium plugin, but I received prompt support where they walked me through all the steps to correct the settings on my cpanel to be able to connect. It was a tricky fix, but they knew where to look to find the right solution.
