]]>Autochimp stopped working on my site. In settings for campaigns, it no longer shows any options for mailing lists, interest group, or template. I generated an new API in mailchimp and put that into autochimp but still not options. Without those no campaigns are set up to auto send. It’s important that we be able to send emails as soon as they are posted on our wordpress site.
Is anyone out there still using mailchimp? Have you had any problems/solutions?
If not, what alternative have you found?

I customized a site for a organization and had created a MailChimp account and subscribe sign up with AutoChimp. The org wanted me to configure the PaidMembershipPro plugin and import all 344 members, which are the same members I imported for their MailChimp account. I mirrored their live site and created a test site to add this plugin and configured. I deactivated the AutoChimp plugin on test site; however, after importing all members I now how to delete them because the RENEW button on the PaidMembershipPro end will not appear because the members show as joined at beginning of February 2016 and memberships are good for 1 year.
1 – So my question is… I want to delete all members and manual enter any that have paid for 2016 and all other members can renew once I email them the site is live. However, once all members have been deleted on test site, while Autochimp is inactive… what will happen when I make test site live and then activate it again. Will it want to delete those same members from the MailChimp account automatically? Please confirm as soon as possible. Thanks so much

I noticed that the site that hosted the plugin and its documentation is now completely blank.
So, I guess the plugin is not maintained any more, is not subject to improvement (like easily including the featured image) and could break any day. And all the knowledge base is now gone.
I scoured the internet for some substitute, but while https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/ is full of plugins for fancy sign-in forms, I couldn’t find anything to send content to Mailchimp.
Did anyone get more luck and found such a substitute ?

I’m having a problem seeing the images in Mailchimp preview. I just did a test email and it shows fine, just not in the preview. Initially I thought it was because of a notice I received saying Mailchimp didn’t like my image being a resized url link as opposed to me editing the file to the exact dimensions I require. I did that, but the problem still remains. Any ideas?

]]>All of the sudden some categories of blog posts are not sending. I have three categories set to each send the same template when a new post is published with these categories. Some posts trigger a mail chimp email, others do not.
I don’t know what has changed or why this is happening?
Does anyone know if there are any more codes than the ” *|MC:SUBJECT|*” code for inserting WP post data into the Mailchimp Template? I’d really love to have access to the Featured Image to be inserted into the Mailchimp Template.

in the instructions it says to make sure to call the section where the posts should go “Main” to implement automatic campaigns with the newest posts.
In Templates at MailChimp, there is no function to name sections, as far as we can tell.
Can you please explain? Taking in consideration that the main purpose of the plugin is for MailChimp to automatically send out emails to subscribers when new posts in WordPress are published.

]]>I have AutoChimp up and running fine, but one thing has stumped me: Is there any way to user merge tags to get either 1) the post author or 2) the URL of the post to appear in a campaign? I’ve asked the MailChimp folks, and they kicked me back here.

I have a custom template set up for use with AutoChimp, I have a list with just me in it for testing, and I have selected the post category to send to that list and template. Upon testing, no campaign is sent at all.
More detail:
The template is set up as per the instructions here, and appears successfully in the drop menu when setting up the campaign options in AutoChimp.
My list (with just my email) shows up successfully in AutoChimp. I have configured the campaign to send all posts with the category “Career development” to my test list and test template. When I add a new post of that category, I check back on MailChimp and no campaign has been sent. I also check my email inbox and junk, and no campaign has been received.
As far as I can tell, I have used and input the correct API key.
Is there anything else that I should check? I’m totally stumped!

I’m using WP-Memebers with AutoChimp and have it working just great for everything apart from sending what the user selects from a user field dropdown box on the registration form to Mail Chimp.
Ideally what I would like is a user to select their job profession from a drop down choice on the registration form (e.g. Nurse) then once they have clicked register (and confirmed being part of the mailinglist from the email MailChimp sends) that they are then put into the corresponding Mail Chimp list group that I have set up (e.g. the Nurse mailing list).
Is this possible!?!? Has anyone been able to get something like this working but perhaps with a different plugin or some function php code?
Currently AutoChimp puts the user into Mail Chimp but doesn’t bring across the user field even though I have assigned it in the Auto Chimp backend.

I’ve installed AutoChimp on my wordpress blog, the reason is i want mailchimp to auto send a mail everytime im creating a blog post.
The configuration of AutoChimp is like they said i need in the documentation.
AutoChimp Register the creation, and sends a mail when i add a post in wordpress, but in the mail i just recive “…”, i’ve added a mc-edit=”main” in a div, as the documentation says. But i can’t see where the conflict is? The div should contain the post title, the posts description..

If I set AutoChimp to only send an excerpt, I receive three dots (periods, full-stops – whatever you want to call them) instead of body text. No image appears, and no back link is present. If I set it to publish the whole post, everything appears, but I would like to include a link back to the post.
I have tried the <div mc:edit=”main”> thing on custom templates, and I have tried not using custom templates. No success. I am happy to play with a PHP file if that is a fix.
Any ideas?
