Old it is, “clunky” interface, slightly buggy… But who cares when it works perfectly!
Thanks a lot for this great help to be able to send immediate notifications within a MailChimp campaign, using inner templates*.
This said, wish one day, if not to much asking, a little update…
Thank you again.

Forget it. So many problems and no support. Never worked for me and just made people leave my list. Obviously I meant to give it 1 Star.

This ridiculous plugin sent out notifications about subscriptions to all of my existing users, even though I disabled the setting.
Now all of my clients are receiving yet another email from my, even though there’s no need for that in reality.
Uninstalling straight away.

Thanks a lot, i use BuddyPress to manage a bunch of members and this is really great cause i use mailchimp to inform them of stuff.
The only thing i would want added to this is the ability for buddypress users to manage their mailchimp subscription on the buddypress notifications or settings page.
and maybe support for custom post types (or at least wp jobs manager/resume manager) when publishing campaigns.

Does exactly what it’s supposed to do: sync my BuddyPress users to Mailchimp lists. Flexible and easy.

Works well, auto-syncs new users to a mailchimp list!

I got this the other day and then did some work updating my post collection. Unknown to me the “only send email once” check box kept turning off. I started the day with 62 subscribers and ended with 54 after reaching my 2,000 email a day limit.
I decided to double check again today, it had turned off that check box, so I saved it on again. Then I updated a post. It still sent out an email of the updated post.
I’m finding something else *now*. This plugin is off my site before I drop to 0 followers.

While the plugin do a great job adding users to mailchimp, the auto post to mailchimp does not work at all.
And the support question was sitted without an answer for 2 months already

The autochimp email functionality is great. This plugin easily links your site to your autochimp account. I am running this on [ link redacted, please do not post links in the reviews section ] without any problems.

I believe there are some adjustments to be made to version 3.8.1.
Consider adding other custom posts types to also send excerpts.
So will be the maximum.
Very successful.

After I download the plug-in, I receive a vital failure when I attempt to activate it.
WordPress version: 3.6
Autochimp version: 2.15
Error message:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_PAAMAYIM_NEKUDOTAYIM in /home1/ourquar2/public_html/wp-content/plugins/autochimp/autochimp.php on line 852
I would love to use this plugin and look forward to it being fixed.
Thanks,

Not only does it have the option to synch my current user list with MailChimp, but anytime I delete a user from my list – either through the BuddyPress interface or directly through my Users (confirmed or unconfirmed), it reaches out to MailChimp and updates my list as well. LOVE it!
I have a plugin that deletes unused accounts after 90 days of no activity and now I don’t have to worry about whether or not my MailChimp mailing list is updated.
Fabulous plugin!! Donating right now!
