changes not appearing.

i may have setup it in wrong way so i request author to please guide.

1) in category name i can enter only one category or multiple also? if yes then is it possible by putting comma?

2) in date format what exactly i need to input , do i need to input current date and time or variables?

3) tried puting shortcode ‘ autodater ‘ for custom display . but cant see changes. is there any specific time it does change it in a day ?
