This plugin works perfectly on nearly 60 sites of our own, and I love it. We’ve never had a single problem in two years, we’ve used it on client sites too, with their own Amazon accounts.
I’m posting here because I’m getting nervous with no updates for so long? We rely on it heavily and I don’t want to find out it’s quit working in an emergency.
Any plans for an update, or are you done with this plugin? If you’re all done, then I know some folks that want to pick up development…
thanks – and great job on this plugin, really

]]>Plug-in stopped working after 7/9/12 backup. I am not certain, but I may have upgraded to WP 3.4.1 then, so perhaps it is a compatibility issue.
No other setting have changed. Running a manual backup, it tells me that it is complete but doesn’t show up in the list or in the Amazon bucket.
I was really liking this plug-in, so I hope it can be brought up to date soon.
Thanks.

However, on several of the sites, it continues to backup daily, even though I’ve set it to weekly or monthly. I keep trying to change it, and even though it shows that it is set to weekly or monthly, it continues to backup daily.
How can I correct this?

]]>Hi
I like the idea of your plugin. Configured it and setup Amazon S3. However, when I create a bucket using the plugin it creates it in S3, but I can’t select the bucket in the plugin.
It is saying “Automatic WordPress Backup: You need to select a valid S3 bucket. If you tried to create a new bucket, it may have been an invalid name. | Plugin Settings”
What do I need to do to fix this!?
Thanks

]]>I just installed your fantastic plugin on two domains I run. The first, false-profit.com, worked without a hitch. However the other, mindtangle.net, does not create archive files. In AWS, I see in my bucket an “aws” folder and a domain “false-profit.com” beneath that. I don’t see “mindtangle.net” though. When I initiate manual backups, a series of on-screen messages indicate they’ve been created, but no folder nor archives appear in AWS on in the plugin’s settings page. My settings on the two domains are identical.

An additional feature request:
Backup profiles, rather than one backup scheme. i.e. “Daily”, “Weekly”, “Monthly”, “Custom” – with all settings for each. (See BackupBuddy, for example.)
For example, I would like to backup my database and config files daily, but my uploads perhaps only weekly or monthly. Or, I might want to have one delta-backup that updates daily, but do a separate DB/config backup Daily, and a full backup Monthly.
Thanks!
