This plugin works exactly as I needed it to. I do agree with maitrifischer about the following features would be nice, but for free this thing is pretty awesome.
1. Maximum shipping limit (price and weight)
2. An option for “rest of the world” in country classes

This plugin was absolutely perfect for the WP site I was building for my wife’s small business, but it no longer works with the latest WooCommerce (2.1.0) and is no longer updated.
I strongly recommend using the following plugin instead, which was based on this plugin but is still being supported and works perfectly:

I needed a solution for weight based shipping for 3 country classes. This plugin works perfectly.
Some things that I would love to see implemented it you work on another version/update is:
1. Maximum shipping limit (price and weight)
2. An option for “rest of the world” in country classes

Had to login to say thank you for this plugin, it work perfectly for me on my site https://www.ozecigarette.com I know it may not fulfill every bodies needs but if you want a simple, straight forward, trouble free plugin to calculate shipping rates to different destinations and with accumulating weight which works with Woo-commerce then is exactly what you need.

woommerce shipping options are less than great, but this adds a level of control to shipping that can’t be beat. Has a little bit of a learning curve but once you get over that, this will be your friend.
