I am having an issue with our side bar plugin, when you enter an email and click subscribe, the subscribe doesn’t load or do anything so no one is able to join our email newsletters. Can you please let me know how to fix this? Thank you.
I have the plug-in set to display the form once a month. To test I clear cookies and cache. When I go to the site, the form does not load but if I reload, it displays on the second page view. I’ve seen the behavior take 2-3 page views before it loads.
How do I fix that?

I’ve been testing out the plugin for the past 2 weeks and I’m not quite clear on some things:
It shows in my OptinCat stats that I have had 22 conversions. Does that mean people who have filled out the form, but not necessarily confirmed? (I have a double opt-in list) That number doesn’t equal my Aweber stats.
On Aweber, it shows that I have had 18 subscribers in the same time frame, (8 confirmed, 10 still pending.) 4 of those submissions have been through my sidebar form, and 3 have been through the subscribe page. While I have a “lightbox” form configured on Aweber forms, I don’t think OptinCat feeds through there because I have absolutely no submission stats there.
I’m just trying to figure out if the 22 conversions are actually feeding through to my Aweber list, and if so, how I can have verified proof of that.
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I need a barebones version of this, literally just the fields and submit button, and I’m having a lot of trouble overriding the CSS that comes along with this, without dumping CSS directly into my template, as the Plugin styles are inserted into the template, not enqueued the typical way in WordPress.

I can see the form is successfully connected to your AWeber account, however there is an issue with where the ‘name’ field is being passed to AWeber from Optin Cat. Unfortunately, they are a separate company, so I am not able to see the settings within this plugin and your website. I would recommend reaching out to Optin Cat directly to review the settings in the integration directly.

I have an error at the top that says no list selected. But I don’t see an option to select a list.
2. I am having authentification issues. My first form worked fine. But adding a second form never authenticated. Kept getting red X. I made sure it was a new code and pasted as text. Still not working.
Am I allowed to use two forms in the free version? If so, then it ain’t working.

I can’t get the plugin to work on my new site. I have installed and activated the it. I built a form, added in the authorization code and got a small spinning wheel just to the top right of the text box where I entered the auth code. I get the feeling it never accepted the code for some reason, but on my site I get the error code “Optin Cat: Invalid Form ID” where the form should be.
Any ideas?
