I use the block editor and included the Google Maps using the iframe and basically the plugin works, but when the placeholder is clicked, the displayed iframe with the GoogleMap is misplaced. If I switch the plugin off, the Google Map is placed correctly, when the plugin doesn’t interfere.
]]>Currently, it does not work anymore:
“Google Maps Platform rejected your request. The provided API key is invalid.”
Will this be fixed? I noticed that the last posts in this forum are over a year old … is this plugin abandoned?
Cheers, Alex
]]>Hi there,
I have the same problem on different sites. The Editor is simply showing a white page if the plugin is active.
Maybe it is a problem with PHP, newest WordPress or both.
All the best,

]]>Hi!
I installed and activated your plugin on a test site. I am using the Roseta theme from cryoutcreations.
Google Maps is blocked, but when I click on “Load Map” the map is unfortunately not displayed. I’ll be happy for an advice. Thank you and greetings Minsi
Hi,
The plugin appears to work on my page, however, text is not displayed as in the screenshots – the lines appear to come on top of each other. Hence, the user is unable to click for consenting to load google maps.
As I run PHP 8 and the plugin has last been updated a few months ago, I think that this might be the issue. Do you have any recommendation on what to do to fix this?
Hello,
many thanks for this great plugin.
The only thing I’m missing is rel=”noopener noreferrer” for the google policy link for more security.
Best regards,
Nicole
First of all many thanks for the plug-in, it does exactly what I needed. Please keep it alive as long as possible. Too many plug-ins pop up and vanish soon after.
I just want to second that it would be very nice to have an interface for texts and custom css.
And for me the “font size” form field did not work, I had to add css to override the plug-in’s styles using the customizer.
]]>Hello,
at our business page (not live yet) we inserted Google Maps as a widget and as an iframe and then the plugin AWEOS, but the plugin isn’t working as the map is loading directly.
We use Elementor & Elementor Pro as Page Builder and the theme Hello Elementor. Is it maybe due to Elementor? Do we have to change anything?
Thanks for your help,
best, Adrienne
It worked before but now it’s only blank white.
edit: Map section is now hidden from the page. It’s on index page.
]]>Hi there,
thank you for your cool plugin! I have a problem though:
When clicking on “load maps” in the frontend, there’s only a white area with a hand-cursor. It only works as intended after re-loading the site two or three times. Can you help me please?
Thank you!

Please advise.

]]>Hi out there,
I installed the plugin, but there is no effect in no browser. Theme is Avada, everything’s updated to the latest version.
What can I do?
regards, Chris
