An excellent plugin with technical support requests for WordPress. The free version has quite a lot of functionality. Thank you very much to the developers!

Originally gave a 5-star review but now upon having a serious, unresolved issue, I can no longer recommend the free plugin. The plugin caused a critical error on a main category on our site – and given no support via Awesome Support email nor via WP Forums, I have had to find an another ticketing/helpdesk option. The free version of the plugin literally caused our main product category, to become a “critical error” page instead of showing the range of products in that category. As soon as plugin turned off, category worked as normal. My concern would be this occurring on a larger site than ours (we have only 3 categories so saw this issue easily). If this happened on a larger site you may never notice unless you went through thorough testing into every category and sub-category to check. And we could turn off the plugin, then category worked as normal, turn back on plugin, category kept working, but as soon as you did anything with a ticket, the issue returned to that one specific category in it becoming a “critical error” page. I also disabled every setting under the Settings > Product Management section so as to not have syncing of our product range with the plugin, but that didn’t help either.
One other issue with the free version I found was that when a customer put up a post in a helpdesk ticket, upon submitting it and page refresh their comment wasn’t appearing for them to see in the ticket. Again, bit of an issue given they really need to be able to see what they just posted. After logging out and back the comment was seen.
I cannot comment on the paid-for version as only tested the free version.
Such a shame as the ticketing system itself, the interface, functionality etc was so good – but just not functional for us with the 2 above-mentioned issues.

two times i tried the update and it does nothing but either stop the website from loading which was the first time and had to go to my web host to fix.
Now today i just tried the new update and then i could not load my media library until i deactivated the plugin.
Version 6.1.6 works fine so what happen from this version to your update?
I just know this update has been nothing but issues and trying to build a business the last thing you want is a potential customer not to be able to load your website.
I hope i can stay using Version 6.1.6 but if it going to stop working because they updated I will find another solution.
This plugin should work with any wordpress theme that wordpress offer with ease and if it does not it should be stated.
This update been nothing but issues for months so my final conclusion is i went back to Version 6.1.6 which works fine with no issues if for some reason this version stops then it time to look for another support system.
I gave you 2 stars only because the version i am using works but from a business view it would be a 1 star rating just because time is money and the new update causing the website not to load can cause a customer to go somewhere else which leads to a loss of revenue.
Well Hopefully i can keep this as a support system and change my review but tried the update before and gave it one more go today and same thing.
Your better off going back to Version 6.1.6 since no one had issues with it.
Well will see how this goes……

A disconcerting experience… I bought the plugins only to encounter REST API errors and cron tasks that are blocking my WooCommerce-powered WordPress site… I reached out to the support team, who nonchalantly informed me that these issues would be resolved in an upcoming update… An update that, even after one month, has yet to materialize. In short, I strongly advise you to steer clear of this solution as quickly as possible (the number of updates and the delay would alarm you). Consider alternatives like Fluent Support.

Best One in the whole depository.

Works for us. Would give it five stars. If it wasn’t a little bit clunky sometimes. Input boxes have become very small, which they tell me is a WooCommerce or other plug-in problem. Which sounds a little bit like passing the buck!

The irony of calling the product “Awesome Support” is almost comical. I was a loyal customer for more than a year and literally bought everything they sell. The product was “ok” at best and they were always fairly slow, in my opinion, in tackling bugs and customer support tickets. Our needs changed and we no longer needed internal support so we moved away from the product. Inadvertently we allowed the licenses we had to auto-renew but within a few days we caught it and explained the situation and asked for a refund. Instead of seeing that we made a simple mistake (missed the cancel date by only a few days) and were not using the product any longer (not installed), they refused to give us a refund and kept about $800 in fees. Wow, they must be hurting for cash or just have black hearts to value the money more than the goodwill of an otherwise faithful client. I would not encourage even an enemy to do business with this company. The product is just “ok” but the service is terrible. Run and find a better company. We had a much better client experience with Support Candy before coming to Awesome Support.

Editing my review again for the third time. I was asked by the developers 9 months ago to reconsider my initial harsh review, as they were “doing their best”. There seemed to be some improvements to responsiveness on tickets for a very short period of time, but now it’s back to non-existent support and a continuously buggy plugin that doesn’t work as it should. Pre-sales questions go into the ether and are never heard from again, and submitted tickets from paying customers are also either ignored or are just not getting to where they need to go. I have a feeling the staff is stretched thin and they can’t keep up, but you can’t charge for every small piece of functionality through add-ons then ask for understanding while you try to keep up.
To make things worse, much of their documentation is out of date and will not help you at all. Being that they don’t respond to tickets or pre-sales questions, you’re left to dig through their code to try to figure it out for yourself. This is understandable for free plugins, not when you’re paying for them.
Conclusion: Steer clear. Use the free version if you want, but expect it to be buggy and to have to spend a lot of time getting it to work properly. I now need to figure out how to transition to a different plugin altogether. I recommend avoiding in the first place.

It’s great and nice looking plugin for support tickets. It has all features that we need and a nice user interface that integrated well with our website.

I like the flexibility and the functions. The pricing of the additional extensions could be a little less intensive ??

I have gotten a lot of mails from my customers and sometimes they just fill my mailbox with several mails a day.
After I have installed Awesome support I have much more control over my support tickets. It works for me.
thank you for an awesome plugin!

I have experience with Kayako, Freshdesk, osTicket, among others.
AwesomeSupport is excellent.
It has many complements and adapts to any need.
The ability to have unlimited agents is great.
The times I have needed support they have responded quickly and professionally.
I recently discovered an error in the Productivity plugin, in a few days they corrected it and released a version with the problem corrected.
I recommend them.

a great addition for my projects

As some people say here, bad support. In addition, this plugin was offered in a premium version on Envato and they left without notifying their customers who ended up with a quickly buggy plugin. I installed this free version…well, not great. Too limiting.

We’ve been using Awesome Support for a few months now and have found both the product to be excellent, and the support to be fast and effective.
Thanks guys!

I have been using this plugin for almost 3 years now and since I first used it, it has improved a lot, with time they bring it among the top plugins available for support management on WP. The team is always quick to fix minor issues and accommodating. Thumbs up ??

Installs ok, crashes when you go to settings.

Support is slow, it does a basic job, nothing major can’t support multiple clients with multiple staff. everyone has the be under the same setup.. see support tickets raised

I immediately get a critical error on my site, aka the white screen of death, after I activate this plugin. Had to FTP into plugins folder and manually delete to get my site working again. Tried deactivating several other plugins then reinstalled to debug any plugin conflicts, but still got a critical error. Maybe it’s something simple, but it’s not worth my time to figure out. I’ll just move on to another support plugin until I find one that doesn’t crash my entire website.

Packed with features found in paid plugins. Integrates well with WordPress. Support is great. I think I’ve been using it for about 10 years now, with no complaints.

Really it’s a very awesome plugin and no bugs
Thanks ??

We’ve been using this plugin for a while and while it serves it’s purpose, whenever we have some sort of issue with it, it’s an actual struggle to get any kind of relevant help from the developer.
It’s ironic, because developer who created the plugin for support platform, has one of the worst support you can experience today.
Your questions will be neglected for days on end, and even if you try to “bump” them, the response will be some boilerplate text like, check the documentation…

Extremely disappointed. Purchased an add-on that turned out not to work, but because of their “policy” no refund was coming my way. Every internet SaaS I’ve worked with in the past wanted to be sure that their product was helpful. These folks seem to just want to make money regardless of the lack of value their product brings.
Customer and Service do not belong in the same sentence when describing this company.

After spending hours configuring, linking and integrating, I get the command (new ticket, show tickets) options inserted into BP user page but when they’re clicked, nothing happens. Nothing. Nada. Zip. Zero.
No installation support. No way to contact support.
Uninstall is an easter-egg hunt, like a lot of features. You have to look at the FAQ on the plugin page to see that you have to check on box at the end of a page in one of the tabs on the advanced settings. You can proc a pop-up that says cleaning, but you can’t proc on that event to tell the user to how to delete data or, optimally, query and then take the action at run time?
That and, omg, $200/year for support/features. Wow.
For the first time, I wish you could thumb-down or vote to ban a plugin to get the attention of WP admins. 44% of all reviews in the past year are 1-star. No updates or fixes in over three months. Why doesn’t WP.ORG see this?!?
tl;dr: Horrible time-consuming mistake of epic proportions

Danke @awesome! Guter Service-Support
Selbst in der kostenfreien Version schon ziemlich powervoll. Wertvolle Extensions sind u.a. Canned Responses, also vorformulierte Antworten die per mouseclick versendet werden!

Thanks for creating this awesome plugin. I have enjoyed it some time now and it just keep getting better and better. Keep it up!

In short: I really like the idea of this plugin but it is full of bugs and support is terrible. No support is better than the support we get from Awesome Support. What we get are canned responses and evidently nobody is reading our questions properly. Also, we can only open a maximum of four tickets. I am still giving three stars because I have hope that this situation is not going to last and they will finally sort their abysmal customer service. We have licensed the Agency Bundle and we have customised the heck out of it so I am not throwing away all the work. That is the only reason why I haven’t deinstalled this plugin. It is questionable if we will renew the subscription in a year’s time though.
