Is this plugin still being maintained? Is it compatible with WP 3.6?

Is it possible to show the text from [membersonly] only for all the members above the subscribers?

So that subscribers can’t see the text.

Any ideas how to use it with cyrrilc analog of “Please login”?
If just replase it with cyrrilc symbols, ????????? appears.
