Hi, purchased your pro plan, set up with Pinecone and now loading content. Got the API code and linked. I now go to upload the content. I can upload custom content and pdf’s. I can see these on Pinecone.
However when using “Select posts to embed” nothing uploads to pinecone. I’ve tried leaving posts and pages unticked. I’ve tried ticking and picking a specific post. Each time it says “Embedding successfully completed.” But nothing comes through to Pinecone. It’s over an hour since trying the first one. If I upload text or a pdf it is instant.

1. chat position: many of us have website with sticky footer . If the chat is at the bottom of the page (left , center or right), it can create UX problems. Would it be possible to put it at the top of the page ? The menu with the chat position setting would be ;top left, top center, top right, bottom left, bottom center, bottom right??
2. terms and conditions: as you know, ChatGPT can make answers with errors. The visitor / user must know that when he starts usign the plugin. Would it be possible to have a CTA I accept terms and conditions; when you open the chat, before you ask your first question.

To avoid such situation, it would be great to be able to define a limit in the settings. For example, if the visitor place more than 10 question during the session (or the day), the chatbot indicates “you have reached the limit. Please come back tomorrow”.
