slider title is always visible even is turned off in settings. Pro plugin.

I built a new site for an existing client who already has a site. I tried the AYS slide show on one of the pages, checked it in preview and it was working great. But by the time I sent the link to the client, it wasn’t working and all I see is on this page here on this page link:

Can you tell me what to check – to fix, or to disable so that the slide show will work again please? Need your help badly as we are on a deadline for site to launch tomorrow…

I also noticed that there is another plugin called AYS Gallery I think? Maybe that’s an option???
