We successfully imported the demo using the One Click Demo Import plugin. However, the BA Booking plugin encountered an issue, displaying an error related to the demo import not you can see below error

I’m making a tour website using BA Book Everything Plugin. I have created tours. But the tours do not show the starting date of the tour in the thumnail of card (BA Booking All Items). No option to show date in All Items widget in elementor. Can you tell me how to show the dates there ?

Hi, No events working besides 1 Recurrent custom (weekly schedule for tours, events, etc.), others are not showing in Detail booking form, just empty page, why it can be? There are no backend errors in logs ._.

Most of the pages which use this plugin have been facing problem that the content is not loading or missing like the photos are not loading , the amenities list is showing critical error while at the back end all the content is intact and there is no error at the back end.

Hence i request the BA Book Everything team to resolve this as soon as possible.

Hello, since recent updates the plugin has started to have big problems with the database. These query queries are made from this file:
wp-content/plugins/ba-book-everything/includes/class-babe-post-types.php on line 1532.

My server has a normal usage of 10%, since these QUERY queries started this plugin overloads from 80% to 800%, creating a serious problem.

I am currently using Polylang in conjunction with the BA Book Everything plugin on my WordPress site to manage translations. I have encountered an issue that I am unable to resolve and require your assistance.

Specifically, I have created locations within the BA Book Everything plugin and added French translations for these locations using Polylang. However, when I attempt to create or edit a page in French, the locations do not appear in the editor.

Here is a summary of the steps I have taken:

Enabled the translation of custom post types and taxonomies in Polylang settings.
Created locations and added French translations for each location.
Verified that the locations and categories are set to be translatable in Polylang.
Despite these steps, the locations remain empty when editing a French page.

Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue? Any insights or solutions you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

In the Payment section of BA Settings, It has enabled the “Pay Later” option. Though I remove the tick for this option, it always automatically tick and enable this option. How to disable this option?

along side with Elementor Pro.
We try to update version and the site broke down. I discover that BA
Book Everything is having issues with this new version, breaking
everything around.
Actually, it doesn’t work at all, even if I deactivate Elementor, I cannot find a way to show Ba Booking post using Gutenberg editor either.

Hi there,

after several days of testing I can confirm that the Mailpoet plugin conflicts with the Ba-Booking Everything plugins.

Specifically, we have the problem in the last step of the booking process. The last click on the “Complete Order” button doesn’t work.

I think it is a setting related to sending emails, as both plugins can send emails.

Disabling Mailpoets solves the problem and the booking process is ok.

Please someone tell me how I can solve this using both plugins.

Dear Team,

due to the fact that we have different Booking Objects which are relevant for different Departments of our Company, it would be great if we could define different Receiver Email adresses for the our different Objects.

One should receive booking for our EBikes, other need the bookings for our conference room.

Is there any possibility to set this up?

If there would be a possibility via Contact Form 7 (whiche we also use) a detailed setup-description would be useful.

For the time, it is only possible to define 1 Email as destination…

I use BA Book Everything with Elementor on Villax Theme. In the element BA Search Form i have only Location and Guests number as search fields. I have setup 2 Villas with 2 min and 12 max guests and a villa with 2 min and max 13. When I search by location and select 13 guests it also brings the villas with max guests 12.

Is it a configuration problem?

The combination “Single custom (one-time events, etc.)” and “Request for price and details” doesn’t work. The values on the form and the submit button are cleaned up but the email is not sent out.

I enable age function for adults and children (children will be a half priced)
Now i have a problem with Minimal guest for reservation. When i Set limit to 3 guest min, when i chose 2adults+1 children can make a reservation. Here is the problem. We need 3 full price pay guests (3 adults only)..

I do not fully understand the meeting points functionality.

We have bus tour with multiple meeting points (bus stops).

So if we have departure at 7.00 (the first meeting point has a difference with main time of 0 hour 00minute… and it’s ok).

Meeting point 2 (bus stop at 7.30) it is impossible to set because I have to fill in the “Difference with the main time”.

So for example, if I choose “1 hour”, the appointment at meeting point 2 is setting at 6.30 (7 o’clock -departure time- minus one hour).

It’s a tricky way of doing things, isn’t it?

I need to set up the appointment at 7.30 (30 minute after departure time)
