I upgraded to 4.5.1. I tried to upload images to the Media Library, but it was greyed-out and did not show the assets. I could not add media in a post, nor could I edit the URL or switch to “text” edit.
I deactivated all my plugins and then turned them on one-by-one and tested the Media Library. It all worked fine until I hit this one. I tried it off and on a few times just to be sure. I was sure.
If you suddenly experience problems with your Media Library or editing functions, this might be the answer. Several forum posts suggested deactivating plugins and several suggested other things. This worked for me. Hope this helps some poor frustrated WordPress user out there! Thank you.

Don’t waste time installing this plugin if you have up to date wordpress. This plugin does not start backup and does not even have the move option it claim it should have.

I’ve used this plugin in the past to great success but the developer seems to have vanished off the face of the earth. Now I have one site down and another that I can’t restore and I’ve been pounding my head on the keyboards all day.

I work primarily on live sites and have only successfully moved one domain out of 4 that needed it(non wp). This plug-in worked the first time even with the minimal instructions it provides. I can not thank you enough for this plug-in!

I really don’t believe it could have been simple enough to move the site from one domain to another in just few clicks.
No major issues after restoring. There was some very minor updates i have to do on home page and theme settings but it did 99% of job easy.
I can’t thank enough the guy who built this plugin.

When I restore I get php “file not found” errors and I also get a file, wp-backupsindex.php , that cannot be deleted left on the server. Therefore not only does the plugin not work, I am not able to clean up the mess it leaves behind.
