Después de comprar la versión pro compruebo que no puedo migrar mi página web el programa da un continuo error al exportar la base de datos, tras intentarlo en numerosas ocasiones ( procedo a desintalar y volver a instalar) no consigo solucionar el problema, tras ponerme en contacto con el desarrollador no recibo respuesta alguna.
Como mi tiempo también vale dinero intento el cometido que estaba buscando con otro plugin.

Most backups are only for either IPS or other dedicated servers. This allows you to use local, networked, Dropbox and other services. This way, if the dedicated servers get hit, you have a backup ‘off-off-line’
I’m hoping that this is upgraded to the new Dropbox SOON!

I tested this free version of plugin and it worked fine so I decided to buy the PRO version as I needed scheduling. After short time it turned out that scheduling doesn’t work on 3 different server environments I am using. I contacted authors and asked for help, also I had to push them as they could just ignore you in a week. The explanation was that it doesn’t work but this is nothing wrong with the plugin. So I asked them to refund my purchase and after that they stopped answering to my messages.

I’m backing up into S3 Amazon. Due to server PHP memory settings, I’m only able to backup one thing at a time. Such as the database – wait – then wpcontent folder – wait – the core files. I’m happy I can update using some tool because the S3 Amazon plugin is not able to backup at all due to the server PHP memory limit. This is a great option.

Il backup parte è non da più segni di vita. La barra avanza di qualche tacca e poi riparte da zero. Ho provato anche a fare il backup solamente del database ma neanche quello funziona.
Nell’FTP vengono create alcune cartelle vuote ma niente di più. Ho provato diverse impostazioni e niente cambia.
L’assistenza vuole le credenziali FTP e di ADMIN, dice che risponde ma poi più niente.
Acquistato per urgenti backup automatici ma dopo una settimana devo ancora farli manualmente.
Rivoglio i miei soldi.

The free version is a great option for businesses just getting started and for those on a budget. It’s a very easy way to back up to Google Drive or Dropbox.

When restore, sometimes user wants partial restore eg plugins.
Unless you backup items separately, each restore returns everything you have backed up.
I ended up using Updraft Plus which is not as pretty, but provides user restore options.
However, this backup is highly recommended.

Backup process froze EVERY time, no matter which option I chose (local, dropbox, etc.).
I searched for help in the forums and found a response suggesting I fill out a help ticket on the plugin’s website. 3 days later, no response. I appreciate that people are busy, but I want my site backed up before something stupid happens and there are too many backup plugin competitors to actually achieve a site backup.
So, after I gave this plugin 1 more shot, I realized a problem I was having with my entire hosting account “freezing” and generating 500 server errors and other errors was being caused by this plugin.
As soon as I deleted the plugin from my site, everything worked beautifully again.
