I run subject-related specials in my online bookstore and this plugin allows me to send customers to the discounted category through a link and then show them a banner on the category page. I don’t always want a banner on every page cluttering up the shopping experience. I prefer to use sidebars for general advertising of specials. The plugin also allows for site-wide banners. It allows for great control over my site.

Really enjoy this plug in. Only one I could find to simply and easily put a full width banner on my category pages. Plus great support when needed.

Banner has no outer div layer for styling. it was requested 2 years ago and its gone ignored.

Edit: Changed my rating from 1-3 because the developer fixed the structure. Cant give 5 because developer claims they missed the support issue and yet the support issue in question was actually replied to when it was raised originaly AND the developer responded that they will not implement a fix when he said “this will not in our release that’s why we inform you”. So it clearly was ignored.
