Hello,
On our WordPress site, we use bbPress in place of the WP comments. We also allow user who do not have WP accounts to post replies. I would like to allow these users the option of subscribing to follow replies, just as the logged in users can. Is that possible with this plugin?
Thank you.

Hello Flo,
is it possible as a WP admin to subscribe a WP User to a specific topic with this (or any other :-)) plugin?
Best Regards
J?rg
Perhaps I’m misunderstanding the intent of this plugin. When a user subscribes to a forum, I’m hoping that with any new topics added (and existing topics), the subscriber will automatically be subscribed to it. This does not appear to be happening. According to the description of the plugin, “per default sets the initial state of the “subscribe to topic” checkbox for each user to checked”. A checkbox with this label is not present to be checked. It a toggle link. Possible BP version discrepancy?

Thanks – great plugin!

]]>Hi… like the plugin.
However, I have found that if a new topic is held for moderation and subsequently approved, the submitter is not subscribed to the topic.
I guess that the subscribe status does not get carried through to a subsequent approval.
Thoughts? Any solution?
thanks

]]>Hi,
Interested but I do not know if I just run this plugin
I use bbPress only in groups BuddyPress
I want at least that it also works in groups (I just tested but I got nothing)
The ideal ?? would be that all group members receive the email (new topic or reply) as other messages in the activity

If it requires the user to put up the topic first, is there a way to make a similar plugin that auto subscribes to all topics until they opt out?
thanx for the hard work.
