Please see the description to see how to use your own CSS file without the need of a plugin.
Thanks!

]]>Just a bit confused what you mean by “theme directory” — I’m using Genesis/Prose, along with Genesis Extend. I don’t have another bbPress theme installed. So where should I put the bbpress.css file?
– In the Genesis folder?
– in the Prose folder?
– in the Genesis Extend folder?
– somewhere else?
Thanks in advance!

]]>Now that’s a nice plugin for people struggling with getting some basic theming happening with bbPress.
One point might be to exclude the recommendation of upgrading to bbPress v2.1 too. It isn’t official and still being developed as well as tested – who knows what’s gonna change. Not a good thing for a production site either.
Again, great lil plugin and kudos to you.
