first of all: Your Plugin is amazing!

Howerver I have a suggestion for a new feature: Helpscout gives the opportunity to only show the articles of a specific collection on the beacon (https://developer.helpscout.com/beacons/customization/)

Due to the fact, that I have many websites, I simply create a own collection for each of them. Consequently on each website only the articles of its collection should appear…

Is there a possibility to add an option to your plugin, to target a specific collection ID? That would be amazing!

The beacon was working correcting, until I entered in text in the instructions field – see: https://www.screencast.com/t/xnueX104gMMz

The instructions text then took the place of the email field, however when I removed the instructions text, the email field didn’t come back.

I have now deactivated the plugin until I can get the email field back.

Thank you for a wonderful plugin. I just thought I should let you know removing the ‘powered by helpscout’ option doesn’t actually remove it from ‘message sent’ page.

As can be seen below, beacon allows you to add topics that get translated directly into tags on the Helpscout backend. However, there is not a setting for this and since you have already initialized the config it cannot be added to later. Do you have any recommendations for how to add topics?

Can you add a position option for the Beacon icon? or publish the way to reposition it?

It lands right in the same place as the Divi Visual Builder “Save” button. I know I might give the icon a lower z-index, but not everyone can figure this stuff out.

I kind of think any plugin that relies on a z-index to function should have some option to reposition it.

What do yo think?

I’ve got the plugin installed on five sites and it works very well. One of the sites is a membership site and I’d like to show the beacon on the admin as well. We have members publish their own content and it sure would help to not only show the beacon, but pre-populate the fields with their name and email address.

I’v like to help contribute to that if you are open to it. Do you have this plugin on GitHub?

On mobile there is no X button to cancel the beacon, so the page freezes until sending the contact form. Is it possible to do not show it in mobile?

nice plugin, i just discover helpscout, but i have an issue, it doesn’t work with docs
each time i search i have “Your search timed out. Please double-check your internet connection and try again.”

i try another plugin https://fr.www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-dashboard-beacon/ and it work with form & doc but this plugin it’s only in the back end
