I am using Better Messages – WCFM Integration on my website. I’ve noticed a conflict with WCFM message because both plugins are using the same URL (/store-manager/messaging
), which is causing issues with their respective functionalities.
Is there any way to customize the URL for Better Messages within the WCFM Store Manager to prevent this conflict? Ideally, I would like to change the Better Messages URL to something like /store-manager/livechat
to keep the two plugins from interfering with each other.
I would appreciate any advice or solutions you can provide to resolve this issue.

]]>I’m not sure it’s working correctly for me. I login as a customer and click on the ‘Private Message’ button on the sellers store page which takes me to the chat only it displays the sellers username in the to box rather than the store name. Is that how it’s supposed to work?
I would prefer for it display the store name tbh.
