I want to moderate comments from usernames(or emails) that start with ‘3502’ but not for usernames that start with ‘350’
Example of a username I want to be moderated would be 3502000a1 and a username I don’t want to moderate would be 350bloggsj
I’ve tried a couple of combinations but can’t seem to get it to work
thanks
]]>I was wondering if anyone knew if this worked along with the built in WordPress moderation or does it act as a replacement?
If it replaces it, it could cause issues with the Ban Hammer plugin that uses the Comment Blacklist to prevent spammer registration.
Also, is it possible to use the “^” character(s) to encase a word, instead of just at the beginning or the end?
For example, could I do the following?
^to^
So that it would only match the word “to” and not “today”, “unto”, etc. Not that I would try to block the word “to”, as that is just a simple example.

]]>Better Moderation is most definitely a better moderation system for comments. Thanks! I just installed it a few days ago and it’s already improving the workflow.
I also have Askimet installed and ever since I installed Better Moderation, all of the comments Askimet marks as spam are now appearing in the moderation queue.
Is there a way I can tell Better Moderation to leave those comments as spam?
