Hello Dale!
Thanks for providing this interesting plugin!
I would like to use it on my multisite network with single sites that have woocommerce enabled.
However I am a bit worried, that your plugin might cause issues as it hasn’t been updated in 2 years and not been tested with current WP and WooCommerce versions.
Please let me know if this project is still alive ??
Thanks!
]]>Something seems wrong.
This is only showing two User results per search-results page.
I have small problem with empty results when i try to search by cyrillics words in usermeta fields
Changing function ‘strtolower’ to ‘mb_strtolower’ resolve my problem, but is not best way.
Will be nice, if this small improve has be included in future releases
Thanks
]]>The plugin is now creating 500 errors related to admin/admin-ajax.php. I am getting a 500 error when running the user search under a woocommerce order.
Please investigate and fix. Thank you
]]>Hello,
Would love if this plugin could support BuddyPress and the XProfile fields out of the wp_bp_xprofile_data table.
Thank you
]]>This plugin is great and very useful for my client. There is a strange issue going on however, when searching for a user that has the last name of S, and then clicking on the user to edit, it redirects to the home page. The site has several plugins and custom configurations, but I was wondering if you had any idea why this would be happening?
Thanks!
]]>Hello,
Hello,
Love this plugin!
Unfortunately, when wooCommerce v2.5.2 is active and Better User Search is activated then the customer/user search feature of WooCommerce on the New Order page no longer functions.
You can recreate the issue by attempting to search for a customer/user when creating a new order in the admin dashboard of WooCommerce.
WooCommerce>>Orders>>New Order>>search for customer ERROR: FAILS TO LOAD
This is a WP4.4.2 multisite installation with WooCommerce and Better User Search active on a single subsite.
Upon deactivating Better User Search, then the customer search function of WooCommerce returns to normal functioning.
Can you assist?
Thanks!
]]>Hello,
Really like your plugin. It actually works. ?? Unlike several others I tried.
I realize these are not critical, but for your awareness on dashboard page load, Debug bar is reporting the following:

]]>Hello,
I really like the idea of your plugin and that is exactly what I am looking for. But my project runs WP 4.3.1 (and WooCommerce 2.4.10 to be complete) and even though I selected all fields in the plugin settings, the users with that billing city are not showing up… I can see that the plugin is compatible up to 4.2.5 so I assume that’s the issue, could you solve that?
Thanks for checking & best regards!
]]>Hi,
This is a great plugin, thanks for your hard work.
But it doesn’t work with customer field in woocommerce order details.
Please help!
]]>Hello!
I am trying to use this plugin but it dont works…
I have Admin Columns Pro to view some metadatas and I cant search it. When I deactivate Admin Columns plugin, can search about this metadata perfectly, but I cant view it in table.

]]>Hello:
‘user_email’ is not showing up in the ‘Searchable Meta Fields’.
To verify the key name, I have exported users using Export User Data, and ‘user_email’ is listed as the column label for the emails of users.
Any advice will be appreciated.
Thanks.
I get this in my error logs:
WordPress database error COLLATION 'utf8_general_ci' is not valid for CHARACTER SET 'utf8mb4' for query...
I have a very usual install unfortunately. This plugin is still supposed to work?
]]>This plugin is exactly what I need except it’s not working for me. I set it up two different ways and it doesn’t find anyone by first name or last name. Just wondering if the developer has any insights into what the problem might be. Thanks.
