I’m starting to use Arigato to send scheduled emails to my users. However, I do not understand the “Automatically subscribe to the mailing list all new users who register in my blog.” option. I’m using WooCommerce to sell a product, and was expecting that when a new user makes a purchase (and therefore sets up a new user account on the site), Arigato would create a new user when “Automatically subscribe to the mailing list all new users who register in my blog.” is selected.
Is this not how it works? How can I have new users on my website automatically added to the Arigato mailing list when they make a purchase and therefore create a new account on my website?

And does this plugin use any external service to which data may be sent?
Am I right in thinking there is no error message for a visitor who tries to subscribe to a list they are already subscribed to?
And if so, could I customize the Success and Error Message Templates?
The Arigato Pro feature list says:
“Search and filter your subscribers by name, email, or status”
But I think we can search only on each list in turn?
As far as I know, there is no global search function for a subscriber?
It would be helpful if we could identify which lists a subscriber in on. I know the subscriber can see this if they click the Unsubscribe button, but sometimes we don’t have that.
If the answer is ‘No you can’t do a global search’, could I get a contractor to implement that?
Hello .
Can I have a different emails sent for different forms ? Or will it work to different forms in one site ?
Thanks in advance .
Greetings,
I have a question about one feature in this plugin. When someone subscribes I don’t get any email notifications. I’ve checked the “Notify me when someone subscribes” box and modify this message and it’s saved but still no notification. Any solution to this problem?
Hi,
How do I send test newsletters email?
The first time the email is sent, it is received successfully.
After the second time, the email is not sent and the customer inquires about not receiving the email.
We checked the mail log and found that the email address in question was not included.
The number of emails sent is 380, so we are not sending a large number of emails.
Is there anything I can do to improve the situation?
When using the html code I see I must change value=”Register” to value=”Sign Up” in order for the text to change. Will that mess up the email sending process?
Hi,
When I write an email in Arigato Pro the format is all wrong.
I have a template that I use so I go to the text view and paste the html.
Then, I change the words and add a new picture.
I have paragraphs and spacing to make the reading of the email easier.
However, when the email gets sent it comes through as a big block of text without the spacing and paragraph formatting.
How can I fix this.
I have pictures but don’t see where I can attach it here.
I, am using Arigato light autoresponder .I’m hosted in the UK .When someone fills out the form it can take up to 30 seconds for the form to respond and inform the user they are subscribed and forward them to my sales page . Is there anything I can do to make the form work faster . I noticed when I test it the information is sent to me within a few seconds but on the page it appears it still processing the information.
If you want you can use this test data

Hello. I would like to know if there’s a method for showing past email newsletters. Some visitors like to look back through newsletters sent out.
Hello,
My plugin is working in the fact that it is sending me the correct emails meaning my stmp plugin and email server are okay.
However, I added a trip wire redirect page from my sign up form and now, Arigato is not registering new subscribers or sending any emails to any new person who submits the form.
Please advise.
Thanks,
Priscilla
My entire mailing list has disappeared – tens of thousands. It was sending out a throttled newsletter and I’ve contacted my host who said they’ve had no issues/complaints and to contact you.
My mail list page with zero listed now says:
“`Show/Hide Search Form
This mailing list is empty.
108 user(s) unsubscribed.”
I can’t even add my own test address there now either?
Help!
I am using the Arigato Plugin Lite. It works and sends messages after registration. However, it sends duplicate messages. It sends 4 emails to everyone instead of just sending one.
Thanks for developing this plugin!
I hope you can point me in the right direction.
I have scheduled outgoing emails to be sent on specific days. However, the email log file displays an error message and I can confirm that the scheduled emails are not being sent.
I tried both SMTP plugins recommended and confirm that both plugins can successfully send a test emails.
I attempted to review the FAQ’s but I can confirm my SMTP email plugins are setup up properly and can send test emails successfully.
I am at a loss to figure out what I may be doing wrong and trust you can provide some guidance.
Thanks.
I have a database of subscribers compiled with Contact Form 7 and Arigato newsletter plugin. I’m trying to sort/filter my list with the search form provided with Arigato.

I bought Arigato Pro from you guys a few months back.
I would like to use Arigato to send emails to my WP subscribers.
However there is something wrong with its HTML generation.
Even after hours of careful editing, it corrupts the layout as soon as the message is saved.
The
and
tags get removed when one merely looks at the message in Visual Mode.
It’s impossible to work with such a weird feature.
A page on your site mentions the “Intelligence Module.”
But this doesn’t seem to be available.
Is there anything you can do?
Upon successful form submit I use a popup that says a confirmation email has been sent {{email}}. This clearly doesnt work. What short code should I use?
Hi, community
I am looking for an email service and would like to know your plugin does what I am looking for. My idea goes like this:
If a visitor subscribes to a certain plan he receives 10 emails during a period of 10 days. All of them are premade and not individualized. Each day at the same hour a new email is sent, After day 10 the service is stopped.
Is that possible with Arigato?
Thanks in advance!
Raphael
The autoresponder is not sending emails. The test message after installing Easy WP SMTP is working fine. I tried deactivating and reinstalling, still, it is not working. Please advise.
I tested on a separate page on the website https://connectyouandme.com/new
Regards.
Ok Now I have a New Issue, I now get subscriptions but the emails are not being sent out. They say error for some reason under my Raw Email Log.
I have the Free version of Arigato.
Any Ideas?
I have set everything up including the WP Mail SMTP plugin and have added the HTML from Arigato to the site in question…
Here the HTML I placed in My Site:

Name:

Email:

So when I opted into my site 1st it does not redirect me to the correct page I set for redirection. It goes to my main site and not a sublink. Next when I opt-in it does not add my test email to the responder List at all.
I even tried using the wordpress shortcode and added it to a sample page and got the same result. This is the shortcode: [BFTWP]
As I said. nothing seems to be working right. any ideas?
