bing maps how do I get shortcode???

I have been back and forth and back again and cannot find a simple step by step to get a bing map on my page.
Get a key.
Put in the shortcode.
The shortcode it automatically generated.
But nowhere have I found where and how to do this.

As you can tell I am new and learning and not a developer or programmer, but frustrated by the lack of instructions for so many things.

Can anyone help me please?

I have put in this shortcode:

[bingmaps-map x=53.125458 y= -1.681787]

but I get this error:

BingMaps Shortcode must specify centre Coordinates

Am I doing something wrong?
