]]>Hello,
Can you please let me know if I can freely delete the following table from my database as it is associated with your plugin?

Are there any other tables?

Thank you!
]]>Greetings,
I can login to my Blogvalue account and view my backups. The daily backups are being done.
If I search WordPress for the Blogvalue plugin, WordPress notifies me that the plugin is active.
However the Blogvalue plugin is NOT listed in my WordPress plugin list. Should it be?

]]>Hi, I have a wordpress multisite network and blogvault seems to be quite useful for backing up and restoring subsites. However, after updating your plugin, users started getting the error “An error occurred while processing your request” when they logged in and they can’t log in.
When I deactivate your plugin, everything works fine. Could you please check?
]]>Hello, where do we choose the backup frequency? or is there a remote backup option like SFTP, google drive? I just installed the plugin and a backup has been completed but I don’t know where the backup files are stored. Where are spares kept?
]]>Hello, I am completely confused by this plugin. I linked my site to Airlift.net. It is green all but does not show up, which is all I need to optimize my site. I get this text: Site Optimizer is not enabled. Enable optimizer for this site to see Performance. But what should I enable and where? I absolutely do not understand. And why are there 2 pages? Airlift.net and blogvault.net?
]]>When writing an auto_prepend_file
directive to .user.ini
Blogvault must respect (and, if necessary, integrate) any detected existing auto_prepend_file
directives. At present, it seems to fail to do so and, subsequently, breaks our hosting environment, which uses a prepended PHP file to properly detect the presence of SSL in requests that propagate through our stack.
The plugin can no longer be used for migration anymore, now we are added to blogvault to manage our sites
]]>Good morning Guys,
I can’t connect to my Backup account here [email protected], instead it’s going to my other account here [email protected]
Do I need to connect all my accounts into one account? If so How do I do that?
Not sure why this is happening, did I do something wrong?
Thanks

]]>LOVE your interface and Backup app. The upgrade paid version is a little pricy. How do I download a full backup to a local drive with this Free version? Where is the download backup link or button to do this?
Many Thanks

]]>Hi,
I’ve just attempted to update to the latest version of WP and now I am getting a critical error. I am unable to log in and also unable to use the recovery link. I only have access via FTP and cpanel.
How do I roll back my website using one of my blogvaul updates? I’ve not done this before so I’m looking for some guidance, thanks.
]]>Hello, I would like to know if BlogVault is compatible with Jetpack.
I only use jetpack for backups and visit statistics, all other features are turned off.
I was interested in migrating to BlogVault, but would still like to keep Jetpack for visit statistics.
Can you tell if there is any problem in using both plugins simultaneously? Remembering that I would only use Jetpack for statistics.
]]>Got this email notification but the plugin isn’t installed.
Howdy! Some plugins have automatically updated to their latest versions on your site at ____. No further action is needed on your part.
These plugins are now up to date:
– WordPress Backup & Security Plugin – BlogVault (from version 4.82 to 4.83) : https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/blogvault-real-time-backup/
Will blogvault staging work with wordpress.com business hosting which uses symlinks?

]]>Hello,
My website was recently hit by the Japanese SEO hack. Since then, a file called
bv_connector*random_String*.php gets created everyday in the root directory. I have never used the Blogvault plugin.
Is there any way I can check if the file is malicious?
Thanks,
Raj
Hi,
I have tried to log on to the staging site via my normal WordPress credentials but it won’t work! Username and password are correct as I have checked for spaces and tried multiple times.
Thanks for your help.

]]>Hi,
since Blogvault seems to be enforcing HTTP Auth for staging sites (in the past it was optional and you could disable it), it makes it unsuitable to test Woocommerce API access to a staging site as 3rd party applications don’t support HTTP Auth in their API implementations.
Is there any way to get the HTTP Auth password protection disabled or does anyone know a workaround for 3rd party access to a Blogvault staging site via Woocommerce API?
]]>Hi there
Suddenly some days ago your tables start showing up in my database:
bv_activities_store (261 rows)
bv_fw_requests (0 rows)
bv_ip_store (2.264 rows)
bv_lp_requests (0 rows)
I have never ever had a plug-in named BlogVault Backups as I use another system.
I have deleted the tables several times, but they keep coming back.
Can you tell me what is going on?
Kind regards,
Hanne B. Stegemüller
We wanna do an migration to another domain. This is an simple and very basic process for backup and migration software.
But your software have an big issue in this process and some negative points.
Some of them:
1. Blogs with +100.000 visitor per day will have a lot of comments per hour.
So its important to have an fast migration process to not lose a lot of data (comments, user data, stats) while the migration is running.
Most of all good third party plugins for migration and backup do a migration from live site data. So you will have live data in your migration!!!
So lets see how your plugin works:
First your plugin will create an backup of live site. This will take a lot of time for large websites.
In second you are able to start a migration from backup!
Your logic and workflow is very time consuming and the migration is not based on live data, because the backup process will take for some sites a lot of time (depends to size of the site).
Most of all free migration plugins do a migration based on live data without extra backup process. Your software need extra step (backup) that eat a lot of time and so data will be not live.
Any chance to solve that issue?
]]>Hi
I’m having the same issue as what @adailydoseofmom described.
I can’t login to my staging site with my WP credentials. I even changed my password and use those but doesn’t seem to work.
My site is hosted on WordPress.com (not .org) and I wonder .com is restricting the access to the staging site.
I have accounts with both WordPress.com and www.ads-software.com and I use same Login details for both and tried both.
The staging site page: https://livingwellathome33433.e.wpstage.net/
My main site is: https://livingwellathome.co.uk/
I’m working on a revamp of our website using the staging service, using Beaver Builder for the design. I’ve been trying out Forminator plugin for forms, and it “submits” the form and stores locally, but I don’t get the email notice.
Also tried the basic contact form that’s part of Orbit Fox plugin, and I’m not getting it to even submit. It just emails (or attempts to), doesn’t seem to store a back-end copy.
Trying to narrow down if this is because I’m on a staging site so it won’t email things (which I could see to prevent abuse), or if it’s maybe an issue with how these plugins are interacting with Beaver Builder… or…?
]]>Hello, I am unable to log into my staging site with current WP credentials. I even updated user passwords and the password is wrong. I tried to reset the password, but the staging site does not allow for emails. Please advise. Thank you.
]]>Hello, I’m working on cleaning up my WP database, and I found these. Were these created by BV? Note: I no longer have the plugin and would like to remove. Thanks!
`bv_fw_requests
bv_ip_store
bv_lp_requests’
Anything else BV may have created, to remove now?
]]>My client is trying to visit their own site from home (through mobile, on wifi) and suddenly get’s this message: blogvault firewall: blocked because of malicious activities. When switching to 4g, everything goes fine. This wasn’t the problem before… Any ideas on how to fix it?
]]>Hi, I hope anyone can help me. I would try Blogvault and it looked great but it was only for testing purpose so I want to remove the plugin again because it showed up that I was not able to handle my plugin’s in my WordPress dashboard anymore but only in the Blogvaul’s dashboard which is the reason for why I don’t want to use the plugin because I totally lose control with my installation I think. My huge problem is that I’m not able to remove it and get my control back. I first removed my server from the Blogvault account that didn’t help so then I tried to rename the folder on my server but that didn’t help to so now I’m in deep sh.. so I hope anyone can help me, please it’s urgent.
Kind Regards
Flemming
For the last two updates (4.25 and 4.26) my WordPress has said “plugin update failed” when updating this plugin (but not others). Nonetheless, the version installed seemed to then update as expected.
Is anyone else having this issue with the BlogVault plugin this week? Is this a problem? Is there a remedy?
]]>Hi, I cannot login to the staging site I created using this plugin using the credentials I use for my production site.
The form says:
Logging in with WordPress.com is disabled for sites that are in staging mode.
Can you help me what can I do with this? Thanks
