bluehatnetwork.com site is down.
I’m running a multisite network with over 75 sites, all with their own themes. I activated BH Turbo CDN on one site, and when I went to sync files, it scanned and began to sync all the files & assets for all the themes and all the plugins (even those that are not network activated or activated on the one site) on the network. That’s A HUGE NUMBER of files that I do not need synced for this one site!
I looked, and I think the plugin is not trying to sync images, posts, etc. from other sites. That’s good, but how can I get it only syncing the files needed for this one subsite?
Each site on my network is domain mapped with it’s own non-subdomain domain name. I’m assuming that to let Blue Hat do it’s work most effectively, I will need to activate Blue Hat individually on each site, so that the urls for files don’t have to be redirected. But if each subsite syncs ALL the themes & plugins, that a HUGE redundancy in storage and data transfer costs.
Is there a setting to control more carefully what a multisite subsite syncs?

No luck have had the money deducted from my paypal account, I noticed 24 hours after I paid the download function was gone and it now says that it had been closed and no longer available, yet I didn’t get a refund.
I have noticed the hyperlink that is meant to only appear in footer is also scattered throughout my site. We have spent hours configuring this to work so if we cant get the pro version we will need to try adjust the code ourselves.
Anyone have any updates?

]]>I installed Blue Hat Turbo on my site that is the main site for my hosting account with Bluehost–bethannon.com. Add-on domains seem to be aliased to subdomains of this main domain. When I go to sync the files for bethannon.com, it syncs all the files for all the “subdomain” directories as well as bethannon.com.
How can I tell BHTurbo to only take the the files for the one site?
(On a positive note, now I know how BHTurbo will work with my multisite network.)

The same message comes up when I try to visit your site via other links too. Can I have my upgrade please?!

The pro price, from what i can see here is a one time payment, with unlimited service that can be used with unlimited websites. My sites are hosted with other hosting companies, is this ok? Will it cost me any extra money to use this service or related services? In other words is there any hidden or visible additional charges?
Also, without the need to seek support assistance, will this price also include free/regular upgrades for a live time?
Will you commit to support and provide updates each time WordPress version is updated, at no extra cost then the cost of the one time payment?

I use Cloudfront as my cdn and WP Super Cache – I just installed your plugin to test it out and as far as I can see nothing is happening. Except for a small file size reduction. None of the site’s images are coming from the CDN.
I would happliy buy the pro plugin if I can get the free version to work and show a increae in site speed.

The docs seems to imply it should be there, and yet I can’t get anything saved after having filled in my CDN info, checked the boxes, etc.

I love Blue HAT!
But there are some issues right now that I don’t know how to solve
1) I changed the theme to SmartMag by themeforest
2) There were some issues and uninstalled W3 Total Cache and because WP went crazy I uninstalled Blue HAt CDN
3) WP crashed many times while Installing Blue Hat CDN, so I could install W3 Total Cache and then Blue HAt CDN
After reinstallation, it took a long time to set up and it is NOT ABLE TO SYNC ANYTHING and my page which loaded in 2.5 secs, now loads in 11 to 15 secs…
Maybe I am doing something wrong…. Could you tell me what I am missing here?

So I installed this to work with Cloudfront. After it was all set up and seemed to be working I noticed the icons (sharing icons, search icons etc) were showing up as white boxes. I deactivated and deleted the plugin and the icons have not returned.

Is there a way to may this sync directly with Amazon Cloudfront rather than having it create a bucket in S3, copy the data there and then sync from there to Amazon Cloudfront. I don’t want to have to pay for hosting and S3 storage. Amazon Cloudfront now allows you to have the CDN pull directly from your domain rather than S3.
I am using Wp Super Cache since W3 Total Cache seems to hose my website if I have any Minify settings turned on. W3 also seems to hit the server with a lot of overhead (more than Super Cache does). My theme uses Bootstrap 3.X so not sure if this conflicts with Minify programs…

Have a REALLY SLOW page load of 6.33 secs most of the time while running a test with GTmetrix I have identified 2 main problems:
(1) There is a function that only appears when I run BlueHat that takes 2.08 secs

Blue Hat CDN is a one-page plugin. It doesn’t have a bunch of sections. So it doesn’t need it’s own top-level item in the WordPress admin menu.
It would be much better to have it under the Settings submenu.
]]>I would like to use Blue Hat CDN instead of W3TC for my Rackspace Cloud Files account. But I’m having a big problem with Multisite.
While the plugin seems to function on Multisite, it doesn’t work very well. Instead of intelligently selecting only the current subsite’s media to upload to the CDN, Blue Hat CDN blindly uploads everything, including media from the other subsites.
On the official website, it says:
Single Site, or Multi-Site Compatible
Works with WordPress in single or multi-site/networked setup, where each individual site can have its own Blue Hat Turbo settings.
Does that mean the pro version fixes this problem? Or is the feature exactly the same?
I really shouldn’t have to add exclusions to every subsite to exclude every other subsite from the upload. Blue Hat CDN should just work.

]]>Although the plugin seems to be well designed, I have several issues:
Tried it w/WP Super Cache and Amazon S3/Cloudfront
1) The plugin places an impossible to remove link back to the author’s website in my main menu. This is unacceptable.
2) Upon plugin deletion database tables are left behind: bhn_file and bhn_setting
3) During a short trial, I found that changes made to my child theme style.css were not syncd and did not appear even after deleting cache and toggling include CSS in the settings menu.
4) There is no documentation.
Besides the above, the plugin does seem to work.
