Hi, I have bold builder up to date but I could not find the Raw HTML/JS content element. I can see many of them but not that.
I am trying to add a html so that I could show some of the custom script and i cannot manually add except using Raw HTML / JS content element. Which unfortunately despite manually updating is not in the element list.
Am I doing anything wrong? Please help!!!

Hi a have a problem with loading YT video on Chrome. On Firefox is it OK. I used widget Video or simple text editor (embed url). Both ways doesnt work.
I tried delete cache, used another PC with another Chrome, update and reinstal Bold Page Builder (Actual version is 5.2.2).

I tried to duplicate the home page, and when click “preview” before press update , the page looks correct. But as soon as I press update and view it, the same issue presest ” the header gap and slider buttons layout”

Once you put SEO plugin “on”, the title of your page is becoming the SEO Title.
Burt I don’t want it to ! Because My header title should stay the page title (short – Two Words) while SEO plugins are asking long titles !

But this is wrong because I tried it . In fact, I tried every SEO plugins (Yoast; Rank Math and AIOSEO. They all affects the title ! (even AIOSEO) .

]]>I am experiencing some overriding issues once I installed Bold Builder. I use Bold Builder on two other sites and it works just fine, but when I implemented on one of my other sites, its is running into some issues.
- I am unable to layout blocks, images, etc that go to the edge of pages. Something within existing code isn’t letting the Bold Builder capabilities?take over.
- I am unable to color code or change font text, even if I have them created in the color scheme settings. Something overrides everything to black and white text no matter what.
Bold Builder affecting my current photo galleries and now I am unable to shuffle through photos with side arrows (they don’t even appear). Click into a gallery and now I am unable to select a photo and shuffle through the rest. Please help.

There is a website on the attached link, which I was entrusted with developing and improving recently.
I can’t find a solution anywhere so that the input fields of the search form on the main page are not below each other, but in a single line next to each other, as in the demo.
The other important problem is that, presumably, the thumbnails are not loaded on the listing pages when the images are generated as jpg to webp.
Images are visible everywhere else.
In the case of an external slider/carousel inserted with another solution, such as a shortcode, it also shows the image of the same posts, so it recognizes it.
I can’t find a regeneration, cache, or other recognition solution for this either.
I am asking for your help with these.

These accordions have been operating for at least two years without issue, and now they will not open – whether they are set to be open or closed to begin with.
The first accordion (“TN General Professions & Required Qualifications”) is set as “All items closed initially” is unchecked (so it should be open). All others are checked (so closed) but neither open on click.

When I add blocks to the editor, for example a header block, I notice that I do not have the same options available as shown in the documentation. I do not have all the font chooser or the customization available for the style.
Specifically, there are fewer options appearing, which makes it much more difficult to customize my website as needed. Here are some details of the issue:
– I am using Fitness Club Theme, version 1.4.2
– My WordPress version is 6.5.5

]]>I can’t change anything in the front editor anymore. Normally there is an icon in the lower right corner to turn on. That one is no longer there. The editor is on by default but is no longer responsive. The plugins and theme have been updated to the latest version.

I wanted to ask for help regarding customisation of the post grid. The default colour of the text background seems to be grey, but I can’t figure out, how to change that. I tried custom css applied to the following classes:

.bt_bb_grid_item_inner
.bt_bb_grid_item_post_content
Sadly, none seem to work. Does anyone have an idea, how this could work? I’ve attached a picture showing the post grid. I am referring to the grey background of the text beneath the photos.

]]>I haven’t made any changes to my site in at least 5 days. I logged in today and saw that columns were all stacking on the left side. I updated the Bold Builder plugin and the issue did not resolve. I have a page on this site with a 4 column layout, and they’re all pushed to the left with a huge amount of white space on the right. Did something change?
I even tried to roll back the homepage to a version from last week, but that didn’t seem to fix it. My client is going to be furious–I need to fix this quickly!
I’ve viewed it in Chrome and Safari, but it displays incorrectly in both browsers.
Google page insights informs me I need to add aria labels to some of my icons. I cannot find a way to do this in Bold Builder. This is for screen readers. I would need to for example add “visit our facebook” as an aria label for a facebook icon I use in the footer.
Am I missing something? Are there ways to do this?

]]>I’ve noticed recently that if I update an existing page made with Bold Builder that used a MasterSlider shortcode, it no longer parses this code by loading the image slider and the section remains blank.
This is an example of the MasterSlider shortcode in a simple text section:

(The quotes are not stylized in the actual post; the font for this site is doing that here)
If I create a new page, it also doesn’t work.
However pages that have such a short code that haven’t been updated DO work, such as here:

Everything is updated currently and I also tried buying and installing Master Slider Pro to see if that made any difference (it didn’t). WordPress version 6.5.3. Bold Builder 4.9.1. Master Slider Pro 3.7.8. Theme: Craftportfolio 1.3.1.
I need this to work for an upcoming job interview Monday (May 20, 2024), if there’s any way you can create an update by then. It would be much appreciated!
