Hi, I am currently using the “WooCommerce Order Status Manager” plugin from SkyVerge, for many years, and I want to migrate to “Custom Order Status Manager for WooCommerce” plugin from Bright Plugins. I would like to know what would be the right way to migrate without affecting the customized status of existing orders, so that customers will not suffer this change. Thanks.
]]>I’ve read the whole forum and this link matches my problem the most: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/e-mail-notification-not-working-with-new-custome-order-status/
I have everything set up as described in this thread, but when the order status automatically changes to the set new order status, no e-mail is sent to me or the customer.
The default statuses from Woocommerce work correctly and send the emails.
Please advise how to solve this in your application.
]]>Hi,,,, Just installed your plugin and added some custom status and we’ve got some issues.
The statuses are displaying in the bulk action dropdown, but when I try and assign, the status is not assigned to the order(s)
The statuses are NOT displaying in the edit order screen – the only ones listed are the default statuses.
Any ideas? Nothing is showing up in the error logs.

Dear Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am reaching out to seek assistance regarding an issue I have encountered with the “Custom Order Status” plugin.
I have successfully created a custom order status called wc-deposit
using your plugin. However, I have noticed that orders with this status are not appearing in the WooCommerce analytics reports. I have verified that there are orders set to the wc-deposit
status and that the date range selected in the reports includes these orders.
Here are some additional details about my setup:
I have also checked the following:
wc-deposit
?is correctly registered and visible in the order status list.wc-deposit
?status.Despite these checks, I am unable to see any data associated with the wc-deposit
status in the analytics reports. I would greatly appreciate your guidance on how to resolve this issue or if there are any known conflicts or settings that I may have overlooked.
Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your prompt response.
]]>Maybe its a bug. With just this plugin and woo activated. The complete check icon in the Action column still showing even when the orders had already completed. If i disable this plugin, the check icon not showing for completed order as it should. Please check.
]]>Hi, is it possible to override the styling of the existing woo order statuses? For example, i want to change the color of Completed status, change the Processing icon, etc? If yes , how?
]]>Hello,
I noticed that in several of your files, you are calling JS and CSS files from the external site cdn.jsdelivr.net. This could cause issues for users in countries with internet restrictions, as blocking this site would disrupt the functionality of the website where your plugin is installed. The loading of these files would be affected. Is it possible for these files to be called from the local folders of the plugin instead?
Thank you.
]]>Hi! In our shop we noticed orders occasionally reverting their statuses to defaults. Even after some days after placement, or even completed orders.
In the plugin settings we set default custom order status as “to be confirmed by operator”. For new order the plugin correctly assigns this default status and sends user notification email. After confirmation the order is being processed. While being processed we change its status several times, like “packaging”, “shipped”, “received” etc. The problem is, if the user reloads the order thank-you page (/checkout/order-received/1234//?key=wc_order_…) at any moment, the plugin is triggered as if it was a new order and reverts its status to default, regardless of current progress. Sometimes the thank-you page remains open on user’s device and reloads after browser restart (or waking up from sleep), even after several days.
I guess, that’s because you use ‘woocommerce_thankyou’ action hook for setting default status. This action is fired every time the thank-you page loads.
This causes much confusion, users receive duplicate notifications for orders they placed several days ago, or even already picked up.
Each order should be processed only once. Maybe, you could somehow flag the order after setting the default status for the first time and check the flag on every event, preventing subsequent status reset.
Thank you very much, I hoope you could resolve this ASAP.
]]>Just want you to know this plugin is duplicating all items in each order. The total is correct, bit the order list contains at least three of each item.
Changing to another plugin.
Custom Order Status Manager for WooCommerce I am using this plugin and created some new status but I noticed when I set this status then woocommerce doesn’t detect these status as paid status but customer already paid also I enabled paid status but still in report section do not including those order amount
]]>Hello,

All dropdown values are fine. But how to translate it?

I am experiencing an issue with email notifications for custom order statuses in WooCommerce. I have created custom order statuses (“Order Shipped” and “Order Delivered”) and set up specific email notifications for these statuses. The email templates I created work perfectly with the original WooCommerce statuses but do not function at all with the new custom statuses, even though they use the same template.
Here are the steps I’ve taken so far:
Despite these configurations, I am unable to send emails to customers when the order status changes to “Order Shipped” or “Order Delivered.”
Could you please provide any guidance or solutions to resolve this issue? Are you able to send emails to customers upon status changes with custom statuses, such as “Order Delivered”?
Thank you for your assistance.
]]>Hello, I would like to know if your plugin is compatible with the WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage function
]]>Hi,
I wonder what this line of code means, and what it’s for :
NS7_RDNC::instance()->add_notification( 147, '25b97419f8125962', 'https://brightplugins.com' );
Found at the end of /bp-custom-order-status-for-woocommerce/include/functions.php
Thanks a lot in advance.
Best regards
]]>NONE of the status created with this add-on are considered active orders in Woocommerce not show on the dashboard or in report stats..
This has been reported to you at least 5 times and you just keep closing it as resolved.. but yet it isn’t resolved.. it shouldn’t be closed until you actually resolve it and if that puts some kinda pressure on you, good maybe it’ll actually get resolved then.. because closing all the reports about it and saying its resolved is a horrible way to handle support
Hi!
Plugin works as it should, I mean all it’s functions. But every time I turn it on it slows my store x2-x3 times. Not only order statuses become very slow, but everything else. For example to switch between product paged in the shop loads x2-x3 times longer. When I turn off this plugin, everything works again as fast as it was before.
Please, update the plugin.
It doesnt work right with the new woocommerce. You have to update the plugin.
]]>Hi,
Thank you for this plugin, it really helps me!
I would like to add a “dynamic” email recipient to each custom order status. This copy will depend on a user select custom field from the admin woocommerce order page.
Can you help or give some clues please?
Best regards
]]>Hi,
WE USE INVENTORY SYSTEM INTEGRATED WITH WOOCOMMERCE TO PULL SALES AND PUSH STOCK IN WOOCOMMERCE USING REST API, IN LAST UPDATE OF WOOCOMMERCE PUSH UPDATE FOR SEPRATE LEGACY API PLUGIN AFTER THAT WE HAVE TO DISABLE THE CUSTOM ORDER STATUS MANAGER PLUGIN TO PULL SALES FROM WOOCOMMERCE.
]]>Suggestion: Enable custom ordering of status icons on orders page so they can be set to match the workflow order. Also related to workflow order, don’t hide the icon for the current status. Instead highlight the icon representing the current status (i.e. thicker border or something like that) and make it unclickable.
Thanks for all the hard work! This plugin is a big help to our non-profit!
]]>Woocommerce ignores all the statuses that I have created, they do not appear in the statistics.
When a received order goes to a personalized status, it disappears from the DESKTOP summary, or from the sales report…etc. That’s terrible!!

]]>Hello,
First thanks for your help, i have been using this plugin for a time now, but i have a major problem, the status I create on this plugin are hidin in my client account page.
How can I change this ?
Thanks.
]]>Hi there!
After activating the plugin I have noticed some AJAX-related functionalities stopped working.
The Product Customer List for WooCommerce plugin, that places a list of customers who bought a product at the end of each product page, just returns a red Ajax error message instead of the list.
The edition of product variations stopped working as well: when pressing the Edit variation link, nothing happens.
Both problems appeared after activating the Custom Order Status Manager for WooCommerce plugin and went away as soon I deactivated it.
Are you aware of these problems? Any hint on what to do to avoid them?
Thank you.

]]>I have installed the Custom Order Status plugin and set up 2 custom statuses. This has allowed me to see at a glance which are my new orders that need to be reviewed and which are my new orders that I have already reviewed (and classified with 1 of the 2 custom new statuses).
At some point I will want to handle the orders for 1 of the new custom statuses. But my new custom statuses are not on the filter above the order list. I only have the statuses shown below. Is there a way to add them there? Or is there another way to get just those orders in the list?
Thank you
]]>Good Day
thank you for great plugin, every things very good except payment methods on woocomerce setting some of them hidden after setup the plugin and when disable it every thing return in payment methods all methods available i meant.

]]>All our payments are via bank transfers no credit cards.
That is why we need that default order status is “On hold” so that items are removed from storefront as soon as checkout is completed.
I set up your plugin to have default order status “On hold” but all new orders still show “Payement pending”.
