considering this plugin has not been updated in a while, I am wondering if it is ok to use with the latest version of TEC / BP ?

]]>Hi
Sorry for the many questions…
In the plugin description, it says “Developer friendly – Useful filters are included! So you can use it in your themes”.
Where do I find these useful filters?
Thanks
]]>Hi
It seems that the official free plugin Event Tickets is not supported by this plugin, right?
When I install it and add an event from the user profile, I can’t add an RSVP. Is that something you could add?
Thanks
]]>Hi
I have found a bug in two files:
templates/bpec-event-form.php (line 77)
templates/bpec-event-list.php (line 112)
In both files there is a missing hyphen in the html comment tag at the end of the file. It shows:
<!-- .bp-events ->
And it should show:
<!-- .bp-events -->
Hi
I see in the code that when an event is created from the user profile in BuddyPress it uses an add-action like ‘tribe_events_community’. Is that because the plugin hooks into the premium extension/plugin Community Events from Modern Tribe (https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-community-events/)?
And if I did purchase this plugin would it then be possible for me to eg. save all user-submitted events as published instead of as draft?
Thanks
]]>Hi
When a user adds an event from the profile page in BuddyPress it’s only saved as a draft. Is it possible to change that, so it gets published immediately?
I can’t see that the admin gets an email notification about a pending event, so I don’t think it’s a good solution if every user-submitted events have to be approved in the back-end before it gets public.
Btw. if I add an event myself as an administrator from my profile in BuddyPress my events also get saved as a draft!
]]>Hello,
I love the functionalities added in the event list display in the single group page: “link to guests” and “join button”. They should also appear on the single event page for the group events.
And it would be really really great if this would be implemented:
1. The only user that can add events is the group admin and the group should be preselected (no option to select the group).
2. Group events should be hidden from the general events calendar.
3. They should not be saved as draft but already as published.
Also I am having a hard time editing the look of the event list on the single group page. It looks terrible ??
How can I have it display with the same design as the Modern Tribe’s Events Calendar list?
Thank you.
]]>Hello,
Several questions Events with buddypress:
1. who have the capabilities to post an event? any roles? I mean like this one: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/buddypress-simple-events/
2. Whether these events could be only assign a group? I mean, for most site, only administrator or group admin should have the capability to post the events, and assign it to a group, so that the members in that group could get updated events message.
3. how the members could join in a events, “Apply for event” button, and submit a custom form should be great for buddypress community, so that the admin could choose the right one.
4. A list of applicats of BP members should be show up under the specific event, and “load more ” to show more applicants.
what you think?
