Two question please:
1.#Anyway to remove URL input fields? since most BBPRESS site allow user embed external content, so that is no useful, users only need input a external url now.
2# If 1# is ok, users only need upload images from local, so it would much better if it will just open local library after click IMAGE button in Editor, no need to one more interface show up, right? Please check the screenshot:

]]>We have an active BBPress/BuddyPress install with about 100 concurrent active users. We are using this plugin, with the image_insert feature turned on.
THe admin-ajax.php?action=bpfed_image_js call is killing our performance. On occasion, it’s taking over 45seconds to return.
Is there another way to load that bpfed_image plugin for TinyMCE? Can is be a conditionally loaded in the footer after tinymce is loaded? (https://archive.tinymce.com/wiki.php/Configuration3x:oninit)

I tried several other plugins, and I have to say “BuddyPress Forum Editor” is the best one.
By the way, I tested it in our MU site, and when it was activated in a subsite on which only BBPress is installed:
it show ：fatal error, BuddyPress Forum Editor 1.0 requires BuddyPress version 2.0 or higher.
and I found it does not work with independent BBpress.
Secondly, I am just thinking it would be much better if it would be mobile friendly, since most of users have already moved to Mobile mode. So,it would be much great if these two ways of Insert image or URL individually work as two individual button. thus, it would be much mobile friendly since the interface of choosing picture will appear only after one button touch, and no next two steps: the interface of choosing URL or Upload, choose a picture, and them insert image.
Any comment would be great!

]]>In the BuddyPress Forum editor I have installed on the WordPress site, the admin cannot see or create forums within a user group.
Other members of the group can see and create new forum posts, yet not the admin.
I tried to refresh all relationships using the Forum Tool of BuddyPress (in the Tool menu), and when that did not help, I reinstalled the forum plugin all together.
No avail. The admin still cannot see the forum, even when another member has created a forum post.
Is this a known bug, or di I miss a setting?

I iinstalled this plugin just because of the image uploader function. there is a plugin “enable bbpress tinymce” which enables the default tinymce editor for bbpress, but it does not provide a image uploader.
so…in your plugin, quoto button (from gd-bbpress-tools) only works when in html mode, not the ritch editor mode.

I don’t use BuddyPress at all, just bbPress.
For your plugin to work, I need to have BuddyPress.
Is there a way to minimize BuddyPress plugin so that it would load only those elements that are necessary for the editor?
Right now BuddyPress loads a bunch of php, js, css files, even thou I have disabled all features in BP settings. I think that not all of those files are necessary for the editor.
Maybe you can give me a clue how to search for solution? I can do all the work myself, just need some tips.
