How do I display image uploaded through Image Field at every place the buddypress avatar is displayed? I am creating a buddypress network of parents of handicapped children. I would like to display the child’s photo next to parent’s photo across the site. Kindly guide me on:

1. How to access the image uploaded?
2. How to display next to user photo?

I created a field called “Genre” with checkboxes. This included a checkbox for “SciFi and Mystery”. Then some BuddyPress members selected genre categories (checkboxes) for their profile. Later I edited “SciFi and Mystery” to change it to “Thriller and Mystery”, but it did not apply the change in the profiles of the members who had previously selected “SciFi and Mystery”, so on the front end of their profiles, it still showed their genre as “SciFi and Mystery”, instead of “Thriller and Mystery”.

I updated to version Version 4.1.0 of Buddy press and got this message.

BuddyPress Xprofile Custom Fields Type plugin needs BuddyPress 2.5

When I edit a BuddyPress profile on the front end or WP back end, all the images disappear, and I have to upload all the images again in one edit session and save it to get the images back.

Using BuddyPress profiles with Paid Memberships Pro premium plugin. Created extra profile fields for images (book covers) using plugin “Buddypress XProfile Custom Field Types Reloaded” and for months it’s been working fine, but now images disappear when you edit a profile.

I am using this plugin to add a user occupation taxonomy xprofile field

I followed this thread https://buddypress.org/support/topic/adding-profile-fields-to–members-directory/ to add a custom taxonomy field to members directory.

However, the taxonomies, display as numbers eg. instead of displaying lawyer or nurse, they display as 143 or 135

Storing sensitive information such as the date of birth requires a privacy officer for the site (EU GDPR law). It would therefore be good to be able to reduce the date of birth by stating the month and the year (ie without specifying the day). If you could set this with an appropriate checkbox this would be perfect.
