The Bravowp.com site is gone, guessing this plugin should be avoided.

“WELCOME TO OUR SUPPORT PAGE!
Welcome to our Helpdesk. If you have a problem, a question or a request for help, you can create a New Support Ticket by clicking on the following button. You can review your existing Support Tickets by clicking on the ‘Search Ticket’ button.”
thanks a lot
Its really a nice organized plugin, but the order list of a customer is not showing when a customer open a new ticket. It is listed on your plugin features but I got nothing to move. I need a product supporting ticket platform for woocommerce which is well featured of your plugin. Please confirm how to get rid of the issue. Rest of all is working great.
Best regards.
How do I add the Priority category for the user to enter when creating a ticket?
I know I can do this in Administration mode, I would like the user to add the Priority when creating a ticket.
Thank you.

]]>Hi, I updated a plugin on Pro the version. Notification settings don’t work.
The browser shows an error: TypeError: tinyMCE.get (…) is null
The image of loading and all is permanently shown. How to correct?
I upgraded to Pro BravoWP HelpDesk plugin and currently running it through some testing. Here’s what’s not working..
[front end/back end] – not getting new ticket emails regardless if I submit as customer or visitor. I’ve tested several email addresses and get no emails from BWP. Mail system settings is set correctly and working.
As owner – the [message_content] token doesn’t work, just shows up as [message_content].
What do you need from me to get this resolved? Really love this plugin, would like to see this resolved. Please advise…
]]>Hi Andrew,
I am testing the BravoWP helpdesk plugin before pushing my website live and have found that if someone registers for support they do not receive an email to allow them to create a password. Can you help? I can provide a log in if required.
Thanks

]]>When I installed the plugin, it has not created any new User Role, to be able to set up Agents…
I’m missing any file in the last release?
Is there a way to create them manually with a SQL Query?
Any help on this topic will be much apprecied.
Thanks!
]]>Hi,
When logged in as a Support Agent, Supervisor or Manager the BravoWP dashboard is not available in the menu.
Am I missing something in the configuration?
I would expect that when logged in as these user types this would be available as standard.
]]>hello,
i have noticed that many of these features are not available in the basic version although you mention them on your website
https://www.bravowp.com/downloads/wordpress-helpdesk-plugin/
but i would say email notification seems to be mentioned even in the settings.
how ever i have not manage to get any email notifications neither to the ticket creator (who is a contributor) nor to the assigned agent who is the site admin.
i have checked both with gmail and other providers, nothing arrives.
turned on log (debugging) but nothing inside as error or failure or message.
so what should be done, how shall this work?
cheers

Hello,
I am testing your plugin at the moment and the plugin seems to install and work nicely with the theme and other plugins and i am using this with registered users only that are pre- created.
what i experience as a problem is that if the user pushes login obviously gets to the wp-login page which is fine.
but after logging in, the user does not get to the ticket creation or the ticket list but to the dashboard which makes no sense as they won’t do anything there.
can this be changed? am i missing something?
cheers
jf
I have installed the plug in, heck, Ive even bought the premium version. The problem i have are:
The site in question is https://advgp.meltedhouse.co.uk/index.php/support/
]]>After installing the plugin I’ve tried to create a ticket. But the ticket numbers isn’t increasing.
It seems there are database related bugs, since in the error log I see the following errors:
PHP message: WordPress databasefout Table ‘*.wp_bw_helpdesk_tickets doesn’t exist bij query *
What’s the status of the solution, since it was mentioned before in the last topic.
Tnx in advance.
Hello,
It is just running a preloading circle at backend, and we can not do anything on it.
I activated it in a sub site in our Mu sites, does it support wordpress MU site?

]]>Bought the pro version yesterday. Clicking on save ticket does not actually create a ticket. Ticket count is still at zero despite several submission. Please, help
]]>Hello!
On the front end where you have the options to get the ticket or create a new ticket, the click does not work, simply does not have link.
Uncaught ReferenceError: bwhd_frontend_button_newticket_click is not defined
(index):242 Uncaught ReferenceError: bwhd_frontend_button_ticketslist_click is not defined
(index):236 Uncaught ReferenceError: bwhd_frontend_button_newticket_click is not defined
Nice simple and clean looking helpdesk, which is what I have been looking for. However, I have multiple issues/problems with it.
Does not fetch email at all even when using the test button. It says that it found 1 (my test email), but doesn’t add it, and it actually deletes my email from my inbox in the process, so I get no new tickets, and the email gets delete. So, no notifications of any kind and if someone submits something I wouldn’t even know because of this. Either to the new tickets or email.
Doesn’t work with the fetch email disabled either. I get no new tickets in the dashboard no matter what.
User does not get a notification, the admin does, but they are all numbered ticket #0, they never change to another number.
Wont install/activate with php 5.3. Seems to need at least php 5.4 or above to activate. Less than that wont activate and gives an error message on the installed plugins page.
After deactivating and uninstalling the database entries are not deleted/removed. I had to restore a database backup to actually get rid of the database entries it added. My personal opinion is database entries don’t need to be deleted upon deactivation, but they should be when uninstalled. I realize all data will be lost, but if I am uninstalling it’s because I want to get rid of everything.
Ticket Title* on the submit form is on the same line as Thank You! I had to edit /controls/frontend-ticketnew.php and add a couple of line breaks.
Those are just a few of the things I noticed. I had to give up and remove it. There could be other issues/problems.
I am definitely not complaining. Like I said I am looking for something simple, light weight, and easy to use and maintain. I don’t need a bunch of options to configure that I will never use like some of the others.
If you get these fixed I may take another look at this plugin. Otherwise in it’s current state it’s unusable.

]]>Like put a plug all done. But when creating a ticket went problem it is not possible to select a category.
]]>Nice, clean plugin.
Two issues for me :
1) Form appears above/top of content no matter where you place shortcode in page?
2) Plugin messes (changes colour) with CSS in theme (premiumpress.com) consequently, cannot use it until css issue resolved.
3) While most similar plugins have notifications by default, this one does not – disappointing.
However overall, nice, light plugin
Thanks Guys ??
]]>Hi,
Nice, simple, clean…
1) Using theme from premiumpress.com : the form appears above page content not matter where you place the shortcode
2) The plugin/shotcode messes/changes the theme head colours?
3) Not being able to have (what many do) allow for Notifications is a downer ??
Overall, nice and easy plugn
Thank you guys
]]>Hi, me again.
Using the Helpdesk dashboard I can see all tickets created. However, when I switch to a page using the shortcode [bravowp-helpdesk-frontend] I’m getting only 1 ticket even though I am logged in as the same user.
Should this be the case?
