The plugin is adding CSS in the backend and it is messing the layout for the search input in the modal when adding a new image or changing the featured image.
It is overlapping the label on top of the input field.

Fixed this by updating client’s PHP version from 5.6 to 7.4. Nothing in the changelog says the new version requires 7.x, and shouldn’t the plugin verify the version of PHP before allowing itself to update?

I’m wondering what does this field. Usually, CPM is calculated inside the ADS network you’re using.

Hello,
I had an issue with our mobile menu and discovered that Brid is adding jQuery Mobile and either plugin is adding events to the anchors.
This is causing multiple events on links and the links on the Mobile version of the site don’t work, save for on the homepage. I’ve deactivated the plugin, which resolved the issue, and am looking to deregister the script library.
But can we find a more non-hacky fix for this?

]]>Hi, I guess i’ve been using this plugin for quite some time now,and still haven’t seen the “close captioning” thingy …
if my guess is right brid.tv’s close captioning(CC) somewhat stands for subtitle? .. it’s even on brid.tv’s homepage …[i even googled the term and yeah, it’s definitely CC=subtitle]
it’s on Features=>Rich Playback .. now there’s only 7 things to choose from
A.) I haven’t checked every features brid.tv has to offer(it’s hidden, maybe) after posting this, I’ll do a recheck again on both (CMS and WP)
B.) It’s in the upcoming features?
C.) It’s a joke.. (a bad one that is)
D.) or maybe it’s a feature NOT available to free users?
E.) It’s definitely there, i just need to edit/modify some scripts, something along those lines…
F.) It’s a paid add-on..
G.) It’s available to youtube videos(which wont make sense) since it’s youtube(which already supports captions/subs)
btw, even W/O Captions, brid.tv is great already .. (being free and all that) i just wanna clarify this, since everytime i check if there’s an update or something, that “close captioing” is always ticking me ..

I uploaded this plugin in order to be able to take the events I create by YouTube to my website. So I set up an event test and I enabled VEEPS Plugin by selecting the checkboxes in the setting options page and as described in this page : https://brid.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/200294142
However, I can not neither change my picture, nor find anybody in the public chat, although I was logged in with 2 different accounts in 2 different laptops.

]]>Is it possible to hide the controls on the player, or have them disappear after a couple seconds? We just implemented Brid.tv player on our sites but the bottom of our videos are all being cut off by the control bar. We usually have text in that part of our videos but it is not possible to read unless the control bar can be hidden.

When I embed a video, typically via the shortcode on the Visual Editor, the plugin seems to add a large number of <p> tags and strangely break up an in-post image with it’s caption. Everything looks fine on the frontend, but the excessive use of tags is causing “Article Fragmented” errors in stories that should be indexed by Google News. Our traffic has plummeted and it’s a real problem. How do I turn this off?

I see the field to add a url for the preroll url.
If I turn on Brid.tv’s default ads, will we make anything off of that, I am guessing not?
How would we make our 67% on preroll for youtube videos otherwise, if there is only one ad url, that can be input?
