I have no idea why it is there as I haven’t ever installed this plugin but I wonder whether you are aware of whether your plugin is ‘called’ by any other plugins?

in wordpress after image upload it gets post-name/iamge.jpg
but i want in format post-name/image/image.jpg
i want the image gets its unique url
