When you plugin is active and a user writes a new activity and clicks on view, a new window occurs saying undefined. Next to undefined their is a number which cunts up every 10 seconds or so. If I click on that undefined button, the messages appaer, all with the same messages I wrote before.

I am using your plugin; it shows real-time notification and gives a notification bell sound alert as described. Thank you for your hard work to develop it.

I need some help to fix the position of bell in large screen (as computer) and mobile.
1-In computer, the bell is the last element of top menu. I want to move it at the first position of all menus (at the begining) as here in this picture https://we.tl/t-28exjH6j5D.
2- In mobile the bell is well positioned (at the top); and when clicked, the button displays notifications behind the topbar; so I cannot read them. In computers, there is no problem, notifications are well displayed in front of it. You can see the picture here https://we.tl/t-WwGIuHJMUG.

I tried solve the issue, but any solutions. So, I am asking for your help for solving it.

When someone replied a bbpress topic, the topic owner will get notification, but the notification will not be automatically removed if the reply deleted later. In that case, your plugin will produce errors, you may need to check if the reply removed in your code to avoid the error.

Hello, first of all thank you for this great plugin. What happens to me is that when I install the buddypress notifications bell, the plugin notifies me in duplicates; thing that when checking the notices in the user’s profile is not like that, any idea of what may be happening?

The number of new messages shown on the red circle and the drop down menu is different, the number of new messages in drop down menu is correct. and when this happen, no sound alert

This plugin is exactly what I was looking for although unfortunately, it does not work on my local development site.

For that reason & even more so the fact that WordPress states that “This plugin hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress”, makes me hesitant to add it to my live site.

Could you please let me know if you plan to support the plugin going forward? I would be glad to pay for a premium version if supported. Thanks.

I just create new forum but in notification it is showing one count but in dropdown it is blank. Is there any setting for forum for notification?

Recent buddypress and wordpress updates have caused this plugin to throw many php errors and is bogging down my resources. Errors in my error log said something about mysqli error in notification bell regarding wp-load.php

Disabling plugin removed conflict.

We thought we’d add it to the top navigation menu (using Shortcodes in Menu) but we are having issues with the background on the open view of the Notification Bell where messages are listed.

The plugin still change count number for activity update.
To test i used firefox and chorm. After send message between 2 account. Hover icon, no appear any notification. (no dropdown appear too)

What is wrong please?

I’m having a conflict between Buddy “Notification Bell” and “Site Icon”. I double checked. Deactivated plugin and “site icon” comes back of front end but works when in backend or dashboard. Please check!
