I love the plugin! Looks so much nicer than blank spaces on the website for users who have not uploaded their own avatar or picture! Only problem that I have with it is that I wish I could change the size of the Letters in the settings for the plugin. Would make it look so much more sleek in my chat and elsewhere! Thanks for a sweet little plugin!

Awesome plugin with clean code and regular updates.
Only thing I have issue is the letter “R” and “S”. They are both in similar color (shades of blue). Since many names start with R and S, if they were made of different colors, it would look best. Just my opinions.
And thanks for giving this plugin free.

If you need to give more life to your buddypress site, you should use this plugin. And the author is very helpful in case you face some problems. He helped fix a code in my theme to make the plugin work.
Think about the other plugin too WP First Letter Avatar. Your site will look more professional and attractive.

There was a small problem with the JavaScript loading of Gravatars on my site.
Daniel investigate the problem and found the fix, along with assisting me with a totally unrelated problem I was having that he discovered.

Default avatars in WP, especially the generated ones, are always boring and ugly. This really gives a nice fresh face to the default avatar problem. I’ve deployed it a couple times already and the user always comment that they like their big letter.
Several of them opt not to upload an avatar simply because they like this better!
Very well done and an elegant solution to a long-standing problem!
