Plugin is amazing after you figure out how to work. 5 stars is not enough!

If I could give this software a zero, I would. It does not function as advertised. When I purchased the “latest” version (MarcoPolo 3.0) Facebook integration was broken and it took several weeks of writing to the author with no response before I finally got an answer and then several more weeks before a new version was released. And still the software didn’t work. Add to that, that when I bought the software, and had an issue with PayPal payment, I got an immediate response.
DO NOT USE this software at all.

Let’s get this straight: there’s no support at all for this plugin.
The plugin works, IF you know how to set up Cronjobs. If you can’t, you won’t be able to get this set up. Period. If you can, it’s a bit of a headache, but you can get it working.
The free version only has three networks – Twitter, and I think Flickr and maybe Youtube? Notably, NOT Facebook. If you want anything else, you need to buy the premium for 50EUR, which supposedly includes a cron thingy (which doesn’t work) and support (which doesn’t happen).
So if you’re happy with just the free bits and can set up a cron yourself, have at ‘er. Otherwise, save yourself the trouble and find another plugin.

I feel very disappointing because of this plugin. It seems to be great, and it is all I need. But I tried to download different version and it doesn’t compatible with Buddypress (the admin panel disappears.. :/)

This plugin gives your buddypress/social networking site some very cool features. I run a charity website that has a small online community, they all love this cause it makes it so easy to share their youtube videos.
It works really well too, i love how easy it is to setup.

Works like a dream, although you could say it works too good as I’d prefer it not to take historical posts and add them to my feed (instagram) but it is still a great plugin and very beneficial to the members of my site.

Just updated to a newer version. Loved it from the start… try it yourself and then judge it. Please go through the instructions, so you can use it to make a best social network ??
I am running Buddystream from last 1.5 years. Just missing the facebook from free edition… but still loved it.
5 Star for Author and a great support they offer.

Well…. Very disappointed this does not work and no support to get it working. It would sure be nice to get this working. Nothing else out there like this for Buddypress. I gave it a star simply just because it exists and I cant go any lower.

WordPress censored me for discussing the commercial product and giving fair advice on the product.
So I won’t discuss it. But, no surprises, I’ve also tried the FREE version plugin and it doesn’t work either. Don’t waste your time (or anything else) on this plugin

In principle this plugin is a great idea. But it doesn’t work! I purchased the premium plugin but it broke CSS in the side widget and left the Foursquare icon in the activity stream event after I had turned off the Foursquare module. It also doesn’t work either with the BuddyPress Activity Plus plugin.
What was really annoying was the non response from the developers after I tried to sort out the issue with them. I was even prepared to stump up some money to provide additional functionality. Even though they promise a 48 hour response on the premium plugin I was still waiting for a response weeks later. In the end, I had to raise a grievance through PayPal and they have now refunded my money.

I suggest logout the social network before connect to that service.
