Is it possible to add a field for information like browser info?

]]>Hi Yannick. Still loving your plugin. However, I’m a light user and normally in the back end, and I’ve only just noticed this problem in the front end:
When a user goes to the default (unfiltered) front end of Bug Library, and they click ‘Report new issue’, the modal box works as expected.
However, if a ‘Product’ filter is active then the modal box does not work. The box still appears, but the new issue form doesn’t appear and Chrome reports this error instead: thehobby.zone%26bug_library_popup_content%3Dtrue’s server IP address could not be found.
Is this a bug, or am I missing something daft? Thank you!
]]>Hi I am desperatly trying to get this up and running but with little success. I have copied the ‘single-bug-library-bugs.php’ to the root folder and I now getting emails saying that I have submitted a report. But I cannot get it show the results on a webpage. Please can you help me.

Hi Yannick.
Great looking plugin! It’s almost perfect for me although I’d like the ability to have multiple lists. Is this somewhat easy to achieve or any plans of implementing such a feature?

]]>Hi
Love the plugig and used it for some time. Thank you!
I wanted to know if it is possible to change what “Product” is shown in the drop down menu BY DEFAULT? I have several tools on my website, and one is the “flagship” product that most users submit bugs for. The other two or three are less common. However, I just added a new product and now it is listed by default for all new bugs. But instead I want to tell the plugin to list ProductX by default.
Is this possible somehow?
Thanks
]]>Is it possible to translate and how?
]]>HI there
excellent plugin really like the simplicity of it
im just trying to filter bugs by shortcode into bug and feature requests, but it doesn’t filter and comes up with the following
Filtered by: Type ()
and no bugs listed
Ive tried several shortcodes and none seems to work (type created is Bug with slug bug)
[bug-library bugtypeid=’1′]
[bug-library bugtypeid=’bug’]
[bug-library bugtypeid=’Bug’]
Hi Yannick,
Great job! Really like the lightweight and ease-of-use sides of the plugin.
Two things
1. After install the bug counter started at #157 instead of 1. Can it be reset somehow?
2. Could you implement a more compact view of the list of bugs, such as this one https://sourceforge.net/p/xflr5/tickets/
The current display look like this, but it’s quite possible that I didn’t set it up correctly.
https://www.xflr5.com/tmp/bugs-screenshot.png

[Loving this plugin — thanks!]
Bug listing seems to display dates as set in admin at Settings > General > Date format. Great. However, individual bug posts don’t — the date is displayed as mm-dd-yyyy, which is not consistent with the rest of my site (and is weird for just about anyone who isn’t from the USA).
Can I change anything to make the posts respect the site date format? Or failing that, what should I change to force the date format I want?
Thanks!
Hi
Great work on the Bug Library plugin, I’ve been trying it out today and it might be just what I need.
As a freelance tester, I have several different clients with several different projects.
How best to restrict certain users so they can only see project(s) relevant to them?
I’ve seen that on the bugs list, if you click through to view a bug, the breadcrumbs show All>project>bug – so someone could move about between the different projects if they wanted to – I’d like to stop them doing this and just see their own projects/bugs – and so only I can move about between projects, as Administrator.
Cheers,
Pat Walsh
The ‘Report new issue’ button on the front end doesn’t work at all – I click it and nothing happens.
The Chrome developer tools shows this error in the Console panel:
Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).colorbox is not a function

I don’t know much about code, especially jQuery. Any ideas please?

When bugs are listed with visibility set to “private”, the filter controls no longer work in bug list view (/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=bug-library-bugs). Instead of listing the various dropdown menus with status, type, priority, etc…, all the dropdown menus for filtering are blank with the exception of filter by month. For some reason that still works.
We set bugs to “private” because it seemed to be the only way to prevent bugs from showing up to regular users when they did a site-wide search. Now, unfortunately, that fix makes management of the bug list by the editing and development team really awkward, since we can’t filter by what’s open, high priority, etc….
]]>report a bug button seems to do nothing and get this in the console on the bug page:
Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).colorbox is not a function(…)
When clicking “report new issue,” the colorbox (I think that is what it is called) opens but none of the fields can be entered to report a bug (the dropdown doesnt evcn engage), nor do the scrollbars function.
Also, as admin I can click on an entry in the bugs page and get the detailed post, but as a normal unprivileged user, I get an “oops” 404 type page.
Any ideas?
Thanks again

“Copy the file single-bug-library-bugs.php from the bug-library plugin directory to your theme directory to display all information related to your bugs. You might have to edit this file a bit and compare it to single.php to get the proper layout to show up on your web site.”
Do we actually save “single-bug-library-bugs.php” as “single.php” and overwrite the original one?
Thanks!
