A nice plugin for when you want an uncomplicated way to track issues/bugs.
On the couple of times that I have encountered a glitch Yannick has been very responsive and fixed it quickly.
If you don’t need an advanced bug/issue tracking tool with complex features and integrations, and you want a simpler alternative that gets the job done, then I highly recommend this plugin. Give it a go and you’ll find that it is worthy of a donation.

may need a few tweaks on filtering but love this plugin very simple and does the job
Edit – blooming amazing, filter was my own fault – dev added IDs to lists so I can now filter perfectly, damn good job ??

Thank you so much for the tool. So far so good. It would be nice to have a subscribe via email for the bugs/features. It helps with product owners, help center personnel, etc. Any time a change is made on status, or edits to the content, it would be good to have notifications. Others include perhaps having some extra fields for troubleshooting attempts. Kudos. Fives stars for the notifications. A donation as well.
Thank you!

I like it but need to work a little bit on the CSS but overall it’s perfect. Do what it’s suppose to do. Easy to install and setup. The filter is working well and integrate easily with your theme.

Great tracker, best i could find for wordpress!
Few suggestions:
* Disabled “Require Product Version” option doesn’t work when adding new issue through the form ( not admin section )
* Replacing “Reporter Name” and “Reporter EMail” by logged in user ( if any ) would be great
* has few problems with permalinks i could not properly understand, for example i had an existing link like “./software/name”, then i created a new product and it’s link resulted actually the same, then i changed this product’s slag link, to “name_tracker”, but my former “./software/name” link stopped working and start giving me a 404 error
