Still works perfectly in WordPress 5.0.3. Very useful plugin.

Can’t understand why this has not been kept up to date! Or is it safe to use this plugin even though it has not been updated for 2 years. My security software won’t like it and will tell me to delete it!!

Hi,
this plugin just saved me at least a day of work.
I had >300 images to create projects of.
Even that i could apply the categories while uploading is such a huge help.
Thank you so much for this.
Great work!

I like your plugin but its not performing properly. If I am uploading 40 photos then 25 upload of photos fail. If I upload 2 photos then 1 upload is failed. To upload around 40 photos I have to repeat the step 4 – 5 times. I think if plugin upload 1 photo at a time and create post, then after it should start uploading next. Sometimes 2 uploads start at same time and second upload always fail. I found this plugin very useful and hope this will work perfectly in next update. And media category tagging feature is also not working. Please check. Thanks.

Desired feature: set the date of the post with image’s date; set post tags with image’s tags

I had many images to add as a custom post type, and this plugin meant I only had to ensure my images were named correctly. It handled the rest—matching names for the posts, and putting them in the correct custom taxonomy. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

Very easy to use and works as advertised. The only reason I didn’t give it a five star rating is that I accidentally selected a taxonomy on the settings page and then couldn’t change it back to the “empty” setting. I also set the Post Status to be Published and for some reason it created the posts as drafts instead. These are not big issues and I’m just grateful to have found such a time saving plugin. Thanks!

The plugin works great. Good work
I had a little suggestion and emailed the plugin author, he immediately replied back and had a newer version of the plugin ready to go.
Keep up the great work

Works great.
A got-to-get plugin for us with alot of images in posts. Also shorten my worktime becaues its sets the title of the post automaticly after the name of the image..

Thanks. The option to include as an image in the content would be a bonus.

It’s slightly non-intuitive; you have to go to the settings portion first to pick what post type and what taxonomy you want available for selecting when you go to upload. And it would be nice if the uploaded images would clear themselves out once they’re uploaded, or when you change the taxonomy checkboxes. But with a little experimenting, it’s easy to figure out exactly how it behaves, and it’s SO very useful!
