Hi folks,
I am working on a client’s WordPress site, on which they have used Bullhorn WordPress Plugin.
They would like to update the UI of the careers page to follow brand colours etc, however I have been unable to do so by adding custom CSS.
My question would then be: are there any ways to customise the look and feel of the UI, other than editing the core CSS file of the plugin?
]]>Hi this plugin is not working for us anymore.
We are getting this error.

How can we fix this? Thank you.
]]>Hi,
Using the WordPress Plugin, we attempted to display the career portal on our website: https://www.epikconsulting.co/jobs/index.html but the error message below is diplayed
All content in the Plugin has been added in correctly following the article recommends:
https://github.com/bullhorn/career-portal/wiki/Using-the-Bullhorn-Career-Portal-on-Wordpress
And the Bullhorn support confirm that the Corp Token and Swim Lane provided were correct.
Do you have any ideas as to how to resolve this?

What could cause this? What should I do to fix this problem.
]]>Hello,
We installed Bullhorn and it pulled through the two jobs we had. We’ve since added more jobs to Bullhorn, but they’re not pulling through.
Is there something else we should be doing on the website side or on the Bullhorn side?
Thanks,

]]>Hello,
When viewed on a mobile, the job title, date and contract type all overlap.
I’ve seen other people with a similar issue posting here. Is this going to be fixed soon?
We can’t use the plugin while it’s like this.

]]>Hey there!
I just set up my Bullhorn Career Portal and the plugin doesn’t seem to be loading. I comes up with an error message “An error has occurred while loading. Please refresh the page and try again.” with a red triangle and exclamation point.
I inspected the page in the browser console and there are multiple error messages reffering to a “401 (Unauthorized)” code.
Any idea what is going on?
Thank you!
Eric
Hi There!
My client has added 15 jobs to their Bullhorn account, but only 6 are showing up in the plugin.
They’ve assured me that they’ve added the 7 jobs that aren’t showing the same way that the 6 they’ve added that are showing, though there was a delay between the 6 that are showing and the 7 that aren’t.
I’m pretty sure it’s not caching on the server side, as this is happening both locally and on the live site, the local version doesn’t have caching.
Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers
Rhys
]]>Trying to make the salary more presentable for my webpage. Currently it just list the number. For example if the salary is $55,000 it just list it as 55000. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I’ve tried to upload the Bullhorn plug in that I edited but WordPress gives an error each time.
]]>Hi,
I need search button in top header section. if possible to change search button or any other function to call inside bullhorn iframe section.
]]>I can see the specific job URLs are available when you click on the Share buttons within a job, but when you click on a job from the main listing the iframe doesn’t redirect the URL in the address bar.
1) Is it possible to redirect to that Job link on click from the main listing?
2) Is it possible to tidy up the URLs by rewriting them in .htaccess e.g. from root/wp/wp-content/plugins/bullhorn-oscp/#/ to root/wp/jobs/342 for example?
N.b. I notice if you start with the specific job URL and click ‘Back’ you do reach the main listing (and you can also click back into the individual job again and the URL in the address bar changes). However the /wp-content/plugins/bullhorn-oscp/ path is untidy.
]]>Hello, over the past week I’ve been trying to link the plugin, which is currently used in our company’s website, to Google Analytics 4.
While the website itself works, we haven’t found a way to make it work with the plugin and its corresponding pages. We’ve followed the instructions and tried several ways to no avail.
Could you please help us figure out why it’s not working? Perhaps a step-by-step guide would help us identify the issue.
Many thanks

]]>Hi Charles,
A quircky spacing issue I’d like to get rid of – there’s a space after the city, then a comma in the chip so, for example, something will read “Colorado Springs , Colorado”. It’s not the end of the world but it is a glaring typo I’d like to fix. I’ve looked at the json file:
{"acceptedResumeTypes":["html","text","txt","pdf","doc","docx","rtf","odt"],"companyName":"Career Portal","defaultLocale":"en-US","supportedLocales":["en-US","en-GB","en","fr-FR","fr","es","de","it","nl","ru","zh-CN"],"minUploadSize":4096,"maxRelatedJobs":5,"maxUploadSize":5242880,"service":{"batchSize":500,"corpToken":"RJYI1","port":null,"swimlane":"34","fields":["id","title","publishedCategory(id","name)","address(city","state","countryName)","employmentType","dateLastPublished","publicDescription","isOpen","isPublic","isDeleted","publishedZip"],"jobInfoChips":["employmentType"],"showCategory":true,"keywordSearchFields":["publicDescription","title"]},"additionalJobCriteria":{"field":"[ FILTER FIELD HERE ]","values":["[ FILTER VALUE HERE ]"],"sort":"-dateLastPublished"},"integrations":{"googleAnalytics":{"trackingId":""},"googleSiteVerification":{"verificationCode":""}},"eeoc":{"genderRaceEthnicity":false,"veteran":false,"disability":false},"privacyConsent":{"consentCheckbox":false,"sidebarLink":false,"privacyPolicyUrl":"http:\/\/www.kryptauri.com\/privacy-policy\/"}}
and can’t see where that added space is in there so maybe it’s in some other file I can edit?

What can I do?
When I uninstall the plugin – it leaves behind the configurations from the previous installation. I think if I were able to remove those, this may be able to work with a clean install. Can you tell me what gets left behind after an install? I mean I literally went into wp-content and deleted the oscp directory in its entirety and still, upon reinstall, the old values were re-populated into the new install.
Anyway, I’ve given up on trying to combine the city and state as one “location” filter and just want it to run as it used to straight out of the box, which it now isn’t doing because the apply page is for some reason not showing up. I am hoping for help from someone. Thank you.
]]>So I’m going with the default installation and its pretty good but for our purposes, I’d like the filters to combine city and state instead of each being a separate filter.
]]>We added a new field to the application form for our job postings but the field isn’t showing up when using the wordpress portal. We’ve spoken with our Bullhorn support rep who added the field and said it should work (ticket #04340954) – but they didn’t seem to understand we were using this plugin, they kept asking us to change the app.json file.
I added customText1 (the name of the new field that Bullhorn support gave us) to the list of fields in “fields to use in API requests” but that isn’t working.
How can we get this new field to show up in the application form?
Plugin version is 3.2.1, PHP version is 7.4.16, and wordpress version is 5.7
thanks
]]>Hi is it possible to upload multiple files other than just the Resume when applying for a role through the plugin? I’d expect at least a cover letter, but even better the candidate should have the option to upload other supporting documents that can be loaded in to Bullhorn.
