I’m new to both WordPress and Buoy so I apologize if this is a dumb question. I used a User (subscriber) to trigger an Alert sent to the Admin User and it went through (although the maps/video didn’t work. I was in firefox, so maybe that was the problem) but now the Alert is still active and I’m not sure how to stop it. Does it stop automatically? If so is there a way to end it sooner?

I am having connection issues with my imap server. I use Yahaoo’s small business hosting plans and sometimes it runs into issues. I turned on debugging but really all it tells me is that I have an authentications issue:

I am able to connect several different platforms to connect in with these same settings but they don’t seem to want to work here. It requires SSL and I have tried all three settings yet still same failure. Kind of at a loss on what to look at next.

the version 0.3.3 doesn’t work well on my installation. The problems:
-the map shows nothing. It can expand but it cannot collapse and stays open.
-when someone invites a member, this member receives an email, but there is no entry in their memberships section and so they cannot accept/reject the invitation.

The previous version worked with WP 4.6.1 but had the same problems with WP 4.7

what are you thinking about adding docs to the upload feature (doc, pdf, rtf, odt etc)?
Docs are needed sometimes to add information in critical situations.

While Buoy is in french, the months on the red tab (adminbar) are in english and I cannot change them. The rest of the time format is OK. Any help?

I updated to the last version and now the map and videochat don’t work.

Map: I launched an alert with my admin account. This alerted my user account and when I went to respond to the alert I saw only the large area (all the South of France) and not my town.
After clicking to respond, the map never loads. I tested many times.

Videochat: The videochat stays blue and only twice it became black and I saw some buttons. (All javascripts are enabled).

I had no problem with the previous version. What could be the possible causes of the problem in your opinion ?

I’m really interested in integrating Buoy in my regional portal/social networking BP muti-network, and glad to have a Spanish .pot to work with.

BTW, do you have any intention or plan to integrate Buoy with multisite, Buddypress, or BP Chat plugin?

Attempting to install Buoy Version 0.3.1
After the download to the site when attempting to activate the plugin, receive a fatal error:

A search of the forum resulted in a potential problem when attempting to install on a system installed on a Windows server, my installation is on a Linux server.

Under the chat, sometimes there is margin and sometimes not.

I cannot determine the conditions of appearance. I thing that without margin at all it’s a little annoying. I tried to apply css without success.

We recently added Buoy in our word press website . After installing it wanted to add 2 more plugins 1) Administrative plugin 2)
WP PGP Encrypted Emails . We installed both . When we were were about to save the 2) WP Emails plugin and were about to create public key there was a message next to Regenerate Key tab …… that you will loose all settings done on the website . We do not want to loose our setting to add this plugin . Please advise

A)Is it okay to hit the create Public key and not to hit Regenerate new key where the message is there that you will loose all settings on this website .

This software seems to be just the thing I was looking for to support the community that I serve. When I go to “add new plugin” it shows a check mark and says Compatible with your version of WordPress, I select install now it will download and install Buoy however when I attempt to make active I get the following error:
