Hello, I already set the Search Result Page and flushed the permalinks, but the results are still not showing. I notice once I click the search buttom, it takes me directly to the link “?bus_start_route=” instead of “bus-search-list/?bus_start_route=” . so the slug for the sear result page is missing.

A mounth ago I send mail with this issues but without any response from authors.. Please check this problems and resolve it. On an email You have all data to connetc to my site and check.

In my tests i see problems with quantinty and reporsts:

   • order date is not in correct date (here the letter “T” should be replaced by <br>  or  this  should be added before to get it in two lines)
   • here i have no information about last ticket where was selected part of route. 
   • The booking time is based on order date but in my opinion there should be a journey date or journey date should be added to this table.

3. The part route looks working wrong:

I purchased the plugin because it mentioned the ability to customise the colour schemes. In addition, it’s sold as “multi-purpose” but very much designed for buses rather than a ferry operator.

1. Dropdown “From” and “To” location hover colour is bright green. I’m unable to change that at present.
2. Once a route is selected, it say “Bus Image” and “Bus Name”. As a ferry operator, it’d like it to say “Ferry Image” and “Ferry Name”.
3. Change the colour of the blue arrow underneath each location field, or remove it entirely.
4. Change the colour scheme in the calendar, and styles of calendar.
5. Change the colour of the date button background and text colour once the results load.

For $150 a year, this is heavily overpriced, and missold!

I have created several routing with different time of Boarding and Dropping.

However, how does user want to select their preferred time of boarding? The can select Date, of course, but how about time? Currently your plugin setting has selected earliest available time which don’t make sense for user because they definitely want to select their preferred time.

I have a problem; After buying an Ticket with test payment through stripes (which worked) and finishing some steps through woocommerce, I noticed that the seat Number didn’t went down as it should update through every sale which is made? Is this normal? Do I need to buy in real life so that it shows the updated availability of the seats? I am really clueless right now. Thank you for your help in regard

The reservation procedure goes smoothly all the way to the payment gateway on woocommerce, but after ticket purchase the reservation does not show up in the ticket system. The customer gets a receipt from woocommerce and I get notified and can see the “order” there, but not in the ticket system.

Hi I have a problem with finding buses available on certain dates. Let’s take an example.

I have 1 bus that leaves every Monday at a certain time and another bus but this one always leaves on Mondays only on certain dates.

When I search through the search form I get all the buses that have Monday as the departure day, including the one that is not available on that date. Furthermore, that bus turns out to be available and bookable even if it isn’t there.

Sorry, but your solution for entire bus price only worked for a few minutes. This worked right after updating your plugin, but now this option is disappeared from the frontend and even from the backend. Check these screens, please.

I did nothing. No other updates, no new plugins, no new theme, etc.

Then I restore old version from the cPanel backup, update your plugin again and after few minutes entire bus option disappeared again.

I posted about this and got no reply. In the checkout this message come up – ‘Congratulation! For a round trip, you got 0.00% discount on this trip.’

Is there a way to disable this as there is no discount and it looks odd to be there. Also in English you would say ‘Congratulations’ so it just looks bad in general.

When a customer selects a price for the entire bus, that price is displayed for all other types of transport, even if they have different prices.

This is such a serious bug that it’s scary to think about purchasing the pro version.

I have set up everything very well, but when I click on book now it brings me error 404, On the boat setting I added boat as a slug on the permalinks I added /boat/ on the custom base. I am not sure which settings have I missed out on.

I am interested in purchasing the advanced version of pugin called “Multi-purpose ticket booking management (bus / train / ferry / ship / shuttle)”
First, I would like to see if it meets all my needs. I am currently trying the trial version and would like to ask a few things about it:

– is it possible not to use all the payment settings but only to show the results of the user’s buses according to his requests?

– is it possible to create a bus line with more than one stop? What I would need is to put the departure / arrival of the bus and all the stops with the relative timetable. This is public transport by city buses. Also, I wouldn’t need to enter all the stop combinations in the price setting, as the price is always the same.

– Does the plugin automatically detect the return or not? how does it work ? in my case, the timetable of the return would be different from the departing one

– Why doesn’t it show icons well? We are working with WP version 5.8.1 and a Betheme theme

What I would need is a pulgin that gives the user the possibility to get the date / time / place of departure and arrival of the available buses he needs.

Hello, when selecting a return journey I get this message come up in the cart: ‘Congratulation! For a round trip, you got 0.00% discount on this trip’
Is it possible to disable this completely? I can only see the controls to set these discounts in the bus settings, but when I set them to 0 it still shows the message. Thanks!

It looks like the ability to make seat selection is no longer available in the new multipurpose plugin? Will this be restored in the next update?

How can the software support round-trip reservations?

Also, can’t figure out how passengers can change an existing reservation, themselves, online. Is that not possible?

Is it possible to change the date format of the travel date so that it is dd-mm-yyyy instead of the default US format yyyy-mm-dd?

New entries are not being saved, I have seen new users with the same problem but no response. It seems to be something of the plugin in general, since the entry indicates that it is published but trying to use it does not work.
