For Some weird reason every time I place the short code on my site the main menu of my website change

I use Cab fare calculator plugin
Its work almost :
Estimated Distance: 807.62 milesEstimated Duration: 12 hrs 25 mins

But Not Show Calculate price : when Click “see price ” button then show this message

We are using its latest version and the form on the home page: https://juandoliocab.com/ shows the fields label there and the Google Map API key is exactly the same as Google search console, but it still doesn’t work at the front of the form. .

I want to get distance-based fare calculation for example for 1km=$1 for 5km=$4 and something like this or any option of conditional logics so if the distance covered == 1 km, is it possible with this plugin ?

You can see on my Website (amkowebdesign.de) that i’ve got your Plugin installed. Well the problem is, that i need it to be in germany to be of any use for me atm.

Now i’m asking if there is any option for me to translate the plugin from english to germany. Manually somehow for example.

(I don’t know how to code yet. So any coding option would be hard)
