In the calendly_link_shortcode()
function, the $classes
variable does not exist, and the $a['styles']
array element has not been assigned any value. These variables are referenced within the code, which means you cannot add any classes or write custom styles if your widget type is set to widget="link"
. This issue needs to be addressed to allow for proper styling and class additions.
the buttons are no longer working on edge and IOS browsers. The buttons work perfectly fine on chrome desktop browser. Is anyone experiencing the same?
]]>Hello,
First of all, Thanks for the great plugin!
It’s a pain for us non techies getting these things to work!
I am having an issue populating the name fields.
As you can see the phone number and email address seem to populate perfectly.
This is the full URL I have outputted: https://xbd8m2dotb-staging.onrocket.site/thank-you/?firstName=alexander&lastName=hurdle&[email protected]&a1=+6281337433582
Here is the shortcode I have generated:
[wpcalel type=”calendly” url=”https://calendly.com/dominic-james-murray/initial-consultation” widget=”inline” query_str=”on” min-width=”100%” height=”650px” a1=”inputs.phone” hide_gdpr_banner=”on” hide_event_type_details=”on”]
I do not have pre-fill user info as we only have admins on this site.
I have tried using “name” instead of “firstName” and “lastName” but I get a 404 error. I also tried “full_name”.
Any ideas?
The plugin is almost perfect, just one last issue.
When forms or survey responses have a space to separate words the URL query string uses %20. The Calendly embed plugin is adding the %20 in the Calendly form fields instead of creating a space to separate words.
I tested this with a Calendly form not embedded and it works fine, so it’s definitely the plugin.
For example, I ask my leads if they’re over the age of 30 in a survey before I use Calendly to schedule an appointment. The response would be… Yes, I am over 30. Right now the embedded Calendly would show Yes,%20I%20am%20over%2030
You can see this example on my site
https://travelsecrets.vacations/go-trip/meeting-invitation-las-vegas/?firstName=TestName&[email protected]&a2=Miami%20and%20Cancun&a5=Married&a6=Yes,%20were%20over%2030&a7=Yes
Hello Im having an issue with the first name, last name, and email being prefilled.
The custom questions prefill fine from the URL Query String but not the contact questions.
I checked ‘Allow Query Strings’ from the User Strict plugin dashboard but I did not check ‘Prefill User Info’ as it takes precedence.
Here is the Calendly embed code copied from UserStric’s Plugin.
[wpcalel type=”calendly” url=”https://calendly.com/travel-secrets/meeting-details-call” widget=”inline” query_str=”on” min-width=”100%” height=”800px” hide_gdpr_banner=”on” hide_event_type_details=”on”]
Here is the URL where the Calendly embed is.
https://travelsecrets.vacations/go-trip/meeting-invitation-las-vegas/?first_name-joe&last_name-Doe&[email protected]&a1=195432656332&a2=Europe&a3=Barcelone-Spain
I use first_name and last_name and email the way it says to do it in the Calendly documentation to prefill from the URL.
https://help.calendly.com/hc/en-us/articles/226766767-Pre-populate-invitee-information-on-the-scheduling-page#h_0f5dfae8-723f-4ba2-b96e-26b57b4b51fc
How can we fix this?
Sorry I had wrote this same question in a previous topic but decided to create a new topic since the original was already resolved.
]]>Dear Developer,
Great Plugin.
I would love it if you build the pro version.
One issue where I need your help:
The calendar takes ages to load, so the user sees just a white field, which is not good.
What is the reason?
Can I bring the text “Jetzt kostenloses Erstgespr?ch buchen” closer to the calendar?
Best regards,
Julia
Hello. The Calendly WordPress embed plugin does not pre-fill from a url query string.
I have tried every combination from the Calendly documentation but I can not get the name, email or any additional question to populate when Calendly is embedded on my wordpress website.
This is the URL with the Calendly embed – https://travelsecrets.vacations/schedule-customer-service-call/?a1=3051117777
This is the shortcode –
[wpcalel type=”calendly” url=”https://calendly.com/travel-secrets/meeting-details-call” widget=”inline” prefill=”on” query_str=”on” min-width=”100%” height=”800px” a1=”Phone” hide_gdpr_banner=”on” hide_event_type_details=”on”]
]]>Hi, we’ve installed the plugin and tried to embed the calendar, but the calendar perpetually is in a loading pattern on the screen. We’re using a shortcode in Elementor. Any advice for how to fix the issue?
]]>Hello,
Great plugin ! However it seems like hide_gdpr_banner=”on” / hide_landing_page_details=”on” and hide_event_type_details=”on” parameters are not having any impact. GDPR, page details and event type details are always displayed.
Can you please check ?
Thank you !
Hi, I would like to have a popup available where shortcodes do not work. For example a button in the menu. Is there any way to achieve this? Any way to have a href link to the popup? Or use the shortcode directly in a link?

For example the Counselling Option 2 next to or nearer to the Counselling Option 1 appointment type.
