I have limited the available seats number to 4 like below

Actually I have synced to availabilities to each other, that are actually meaning the same properties (dormitory beds).

I would like to let you know that for several updates now I am facing a conflict between your plugin and the “Contact Form 7 – PayPal & Stripe Add-on” plugin.

I had the 15.4.1 version of your plugin and the latest of theirs. Every time a customer was trying to book a service from Calendarista, the system was loading infinately.

I managed to upload your 15.0.9 version and now everything works great.

Maybe you would like to take care of it because Calendarista is a great and basic plugin for the community.

I’m developing a site for a Therapist, and she offers packs of 4 sessions, or 8 sessions (at discounted prices, accordingly).

We require that a customer can pay for the 4/8 sessions up-front and be able to schedule them all together when ever if fits their schedule.

from the seasons tab I have set that a day of the week (Saturday) has a higher cost but when I book for several days including Saturday the cost is not calculated correctly. Only the cost of Saturday is taken into consideration (with the increased cost) but the other days are rigged

For example .. if someone make booking now from 9.00 Am to 10.00 Am after plguin show next available booking from 11.00 Am to 12.00 Am ( like 1 hour missing 10 to 11 ) but i need to be the next booking start from 10.00 Am not from 11.00 ?

In your documentation you say that from Settings > Assets you can choose from the multiple available Calendar Themes. We are currently trying to customize that calendar. Pretty much, removing the last row of dates (the last week) from the [calendarista-public-calendar]. If you can guide us on how to acquire different themes for the calendar we would appreciate. If there is no theme that contains this customization we need, we would like to edit the code ourselves to remove it. Could you please guide us on where to find that shortcode’s code so we can edit it?

Another customization we would like to add is the following: our site is a golf appointment site for members only and we want to add the option for any of our members to add themselves to an existing appointment, even if it was made by another user. We would love to make use of the guest field option. How can we expose said part to the front-end for users to modify it? Another option is: if we added our own textfield and linked it to an already selected appointment; then, on submission, we want for the site to store it in the appointment’s guest list field. Or even as a custom field at this point, we just want to be able to store and show these new ‘guests’ as a part of the appointments.

I have about 9 golf courses and want to set up 2 tee times each day for each course and allow max 4 people per tee time and was wondering what is the best way to go about it? Should the golf courses be the services or should the services be tee times and make 2 of them and then use the golf courses as a location?

There is NOTHING in the PDF on what the BOOKING CONFIRMATION URL is. How do we configure this… I want my customers to know everything went through correctly. I have the paid version through CODECANYON.

Hi! I am wondering if there’s an easier way to cancel bookings on calendarista. We have a one-day event with around 100 sub events and around 2000 bookings.

The option I have now is going to “events”, then I choose the day our event is taking place and then I am shown all the bookings for this day. It’s not sorted by event and very chaotic. I fear that when I have many bookings and cancellations it will be hard to keep an overview and even find the booking I need to cancel.

Is there another way to cancel the bookings?

Hello, I am already working with an advanced Appointment Plugin. But yours seem to be much simplier to handle. So I have tried it out, and it meeted my expectations. But I have an issue as soon as I want to create timeslots, a window opens and it is full of unreadable signs. I have already unchecked all other plugins for possible conflict. Are there any server requirements that I need to match?

I downloaded Caledarista Basic couple of days ago to add a booking feature to my website. I followed the tutorials closely, yet the timeslots are never generated. I get a confirmation message that tells me that they were successfully generated, but nothing shows up.
In the timsolts tab, and after choosing the availability, I choose auto generate. Then I input the following:
Weekday: All week days
Start interval: 12:00
Time length: 3:00
End time: 18:00
Cost: 30
Seats: one seat per slot

Yet no timeslots appear after I click create and the page refreshes.

Is there a way to import a client list?

Can i use this plugin for simple event registration?

– single day events
– set max number of seats available
– keep track of seats available
– export or print list of attendees
– no payment necessary
– confirmation emails to attendee and admin
