I am getting 2 warnings at the top of the admin screen. They read:
Warning: Missing argument 2 for wpdb::prepare(), called in /*****/*****/*****/wp-content/plugins/call-to-action-plugin/call-to-action-plugin.php on line 82 and defined in /*****/*****/*****/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 992

They want an email address and a name before they will allow a download. This is dodgy and every single site where I have been asked to donate my email address as a payment for some free plugin or other software has resulted in spam. I can see no reason this would be any different. I could be wrong. I am not saying they will spam you, just saying that I would advise anyone NOT to download this plugin if you have to supply an email address
