May I ask why? This plugin is extremely useful and I would like to know if there is a security concern involved, or what the reason was to suddenly shut this plugin down. I cannot find anything online related to the reason for the shut down.
Also, I would be interested in any other free options to replace this plugin, for non-profit organizations that used it to sell tickets for their fundraisers.

We are setting up ticket sales for an event through your plugin. Everything works fine until we arrive at the payment gateway with Paypal We have generated the API information and entered the user, password and signature to link the account and accept payments. Then we made the payment gateway with a test ticket of 0.01 € – When wanting to pay with Paypal account there was no problem, but when paying by card we gave as FAILED OPERATION and returned to the web. For what is this? Could it be the API error that we have chosen?

My site was just relocated to a new webhost as the two hosts merged – when it reopened, two warning-messages regarding PayPal is seen everywhere on the website.
We do not use PayPal with camptix, but another payment-solution. Everything seems to be working fine; how do I get camptix to stop searching for the PayPal element in the plugin directory?
I won’t copy paste the warnings here, as they are clearly visible upon visiting the page ??

]]>Is there a way of preventing purchaser initiated refunds after a specific event has completed? As it stands my testing suggests that it’s possible for a purchaser to trigger an automatic refund after the event has completed.
I’m aware it’s possible to turn the “Enable Refunds” off, or set an end date in “Allow refunds until:”. However, what if there are multiple overlapping events? The refunds option is a global rather than event-specific one – so if refunds is turned off then the refund will be turned off for all events, not just the one that’s just finished.
Perhaps there’s a setting I’m missing somewhere.
]]>Camptix works well for multilingual websites in general. However, I have an issue with the e-mails sent out to attendees on purchase of a ticket. The [receipt] in the e-mail templates (see the example further down) doesn’t strip out the appropriate language entered in the ticket title. I’m using the qTranslate-X plugin – which allows the ticket title to be entered in multiple languages. In most other situations the Ticket Title displays correctly, in the language selected by the visitor.
At the moment attendees are getting messages with the language encoding embedded. e.g.

It would be great to fix this bug, so that the appropriate language ticket title text is displayed in e-mails to attendees. I’m guessing this is a simple fix. If so, it would be good to have a release soon to fix it.
